1 pkg your favoite cracker. i like ritz and saltines
1 pkg your favorite sliced cheese. i like chedder
1 pkg pepperoni slices

Steps:

  • 1. I would suggest at least four per person. more can be made in a snap. but for direction sake we can start with serving 1
  • 2. take a microwave safe plate. put four crackers on the plate. place one or two pieces of pepperoni on each cracker. take a piece of cheese from the package and fold in half. then fold in half again. this should give you four equal squares.
  • 3. place on top of the pepperoni. put into the microwave for 20 seconds. let cool. for just for a moment. you gotta let the cheese set or its a melted mess and could burn you. once the cheese cools enjoy. all in all takes less then 5 min.
  • 4. its best to cook four at a time as when i tried to cook 6 it seemed that the cheese doesn't seem to melt all the way.
  • 5. don't be afraid to get creative. the possibilities are endless. makes a great midnight or anytime snack.

I had something similar to this at a party and loved it. So, I did my best to recreate it for my next party! I've since learned this is a very different method than what she used, but I love my version because it is fast and tastes just as good. This is good as a sandwich or cut into smaller slices as an appetizer. (Servings vary depending on size of slices.) Can be made ahead of time and kept in refrigerator until ready to heat. (Refrigerated loaf will need to be heated a bit longer.)

Number Of Ingredients 7

1 baked French bread or 1 Italian bread, 12 inch size
1 (3 ounce) package sliced pepperoni (I use Hormel)
2 tablespoons cream cheese
1 -2 tablespoon italian seasoning
5 slices mozzarella cheese
5 slices provolone cheese
1 cup marinara sauce

Steps:

  • Slice off top half of bread, cutting lengthwise.
  • Spread cream cheese over entire length of bottom half of bread.
  • Sprinkle Italian seasoning over cream cheese.
  • Lay 5 slices of mozarella cheese over length of bread.
  • Layer pepperoni over mozarella cheese (you may need to make more than one pepperoni layer, just keep going until you use it all).
  • Place 5 slices of provolone cheese on top of pepperoni.
  • Place top half on bread back on sandwich.
  • Wrap in aluminum foil.
  • Bake at 350 degrees for about 10 minutes.
  • Slice and serve with warmed marinara for dipping.

Pepperoni rolls are absolutely delicious and savory! These only take about 20 minutes to make and are the perfect meal for those on the go nights!

1 package Rhodes white bread
1 can pizza sauce or use this Homemade Pizza Sauce
Pepperoni
Mozzarella cheese
Parmesan cheese
Garlic salt
Butter for top ((melted))

Steps:

  • Let bread thaw out from the freezer for a few hours. Roll the dough out to about an 11x11 square. Spread your sauce with a large spoon and then add on your mozzarella cheese. Lay the pepperoni in rows covering the top. Roll the dough up.
  • Melt the butter and brush it on top of the rolled dough. Sprinkle it with parmesan cheese and some garlic salt. Bake on a baking sheet at 375 for 15-25 minutes.

Pizza toppings are baked inside flaky crescent layers, and then sliced into triangles perfect for dipping in pizza sauce or ranch dressing. Our favorite dip for these melts is ranch dressing with blue cheese crumbles.

2 (8 ounce) cans refrigerated crescent dinner rolls
1/4 cup pizza sauce
1 (3 1/2 ounce) package pepperoni, sliced
2 cups mozzarella cheese, shredded
1 egg, beaten
2 tablespoons parmesan cheese, grated
1 teaspoon dried oregano leaves
1 cup pizza sauce, if desired (optional)

Steps:

  • Heat oven to 375°F Grease cookie sheet. On cookie sheet, unroll 1 can of dough into 1 large rectangle. With floured rolling pin or fingers, roll or press dough into 12x9-inch rectangle, firmly pressing perforations to seal.
  • Spread 1/4 cup pizza sauce over dough to within 1/4 inch of edges. Top with pepperoni and mozzarella cheese.
  • On 14-inch length of parchment paper, unroll remaining can of dough. Press to make 12x9-inch rectangle, firmly pressing perforations to seal. While holding paper with dough, turn dough upside down to cover cheese. Remove paper. Brush with beaten egg. Sprinkle with Parmesan cheese and oregano.
  • Bake 12 to 15 minutes or until golden brown. Let stand on cooling rack 5 to 10 minutes. Move to cutting board. Using pizza cutter, cut into 16 squares. Cut each square in half diagonally. Serve with 1 cup pizza sauce.
