1 pkg. (8 oz.) PHILADELPHIA Cream Cheese, softened
1 cup KRAFT Shredded Cheddar Cheese
3 slices OSCAR MAYER Smoked Ham, finely chopped
1/8 tsp. ground red pepper (cayenne)
round buttery crackers

Steps:

Mix all ingredients except crackers in microwaveable bowl.
Microwave on HIGH 2 to 3 min. or until heated through, stirring after 2 min.
Serve with crackers.

1 cup KRAFT Shredded Cheddar Cheese
3 oz. PHILADELPHIA Cream Cheese, softened
3 Tbsp. chopped green chiles
2 Tbsp. finely chopped green onion
round buttery crackers

Steps:

Beat all ingredients except crackers in small bowl with electric mixer on medium speed until well blended; cover.
Refrigerate at least 1 hour or until chilled.
Serve as a spread with crackers.

Ingredients

1 (8 ounce) package softened cream cheese
1 (2 ounce) package budding brand thin sliced lunch meat (smoked beef flavor)
2 stalks celery

Steps:

Chop celery in processor or chopper to half of pea sized or even smaller depending on preference, remove and combine in large mixing bowl with softened cream cheese. Chop beef the same way in processor till small, flake sized pieces (instant potatoe flake size) and add to cheese and celery. Mix well. I love to use my imersion blender but some good old elbow grease works well too! REFIGERATE OVER NIGHT so flavors can blend. For variety try adding chopped black olives or pimento. Enjoy!

1 cup butter, softened
3 tablespoons poppy seeds
1 onion, grated
1 tablespoon Worcestershire sauce
2 tablespoons prepared Dijon-style mustard
2 (12 ounce) packages white party rolls
½ pound chopped cooked ham
5 ounces shredded Swiss cheese

Steps:

Preheat oven to 350 degrees F (175 degrees C).
In a medium bowl, mix together butter, poppy seeds, onion, Worcestershire sauce and prepared Dijon-style mustard.
Slice rolls in half horizontally and set aside tops. Spread bottoms with the butter mixture. Top with ham and Swiss cheese. Replace tops.
Arrange rolls in a single layer in a medium baking dish. Bake in the preheated oven 10 to 12 minutes, until rolls are lightly browned and cheese is melted.
