GRANDMA'S HONEY MUFFINS
I can remember my Grandma Wheeler making these delicious muffins-we'd eat them nice and warm, fresh from the oven! She was a "pinch of this and handful of that" kind of cook, so getting the ingredient amounts correct for the recipe was a challenge. Now it's a family treasure! -Darlis A. ~ MOIST HONEY NUT BANANA MUFFINS ~
When I have over ripe bananas, I always make muffins or bread. This time its a deliciously moist muffin, that's great for breakfast, kids lunches or anytime. Somewhat healthy too and could be made healthier with a sugar substitute. Love the honey and oat addition in my muffins. Yum! Enjoy!

"I've made these muffins many times because they taste so good," pens Audrey Carr from Powell, Ohio. "Not only are they extremely easy to throw together, but they're well received whenever I serve them."

FRUIT & NUT MUFFINS
I developed this recipe because I couldn't bear to throw away the nutritious nut solids that are left after I make almond milk or walnut milk. My first batch was tasty and wonderfully moist, but a bit on the heavy side, so I made a few modifications, and came up with a lighter muffin. I'm posting here for others to try, and welcome your feedback and suggestions.
