CUERVO GOLDEN MARGARITA

Steps:

• Rub rim of a chilled margarita glass with half a lime.
• Dip into salt to coat.
• In a shaker with ice, add Jose Cuervo Especial, Jose Cuervo Lime Margarita mix, and Grand Marnier.
• Shake vigorously.
• Strain into glass filled with ice

TEQUILA OASIS

Steps:

• Shake 3 ounces pineapple juice, 1 1/2 ounces tequila, 3/4 ounce lime juice and 1/2 ounce triple sec in a shaker with ice. Strain into an ice-filled glass. Garnish with a lime twist.

CUERVO ESPECIAL POMEGRANATE MARGARITA MARTINI

Steps:

• Combine Jose Cuervo Especial, Jose Cuervo Lime Margarita Mix and pomegranate juice into cocktail shaker half full with ice.
• Shake well and strain into a chilled martini glass (rim glass with salt optional).
• Garnish with lime or lemon wheel.

CUERVO GOLDEN SUNSET

Steps:

• Place Jose Cuervo Golden Margarita, sherbert and champagne in a blender and mix. Pour and garnish with a splash of Grenadine.

CUERVO ESPECIAL OASIS

Steps:

• Mix ingredients in a cocktail shaker with ice. Shake well and strain into a chilled martini glass. Garnish with a lemon slice.

CREAMY QUESO WITH CHORIZO

Steps:

• Heat oil in a large skillet over medium-high heat. Add chorizo and cook, stirring and breaking up with a spoon, until browned and crisp, 8-10 minutes; set aside.
• Heat half-and-half and Velveeta in a large heavy saucepan over medium heat, stirring occasionally, until Velveeta is melted, 6-8 minutes. Add Monterey Jack and cheddar; cook, stirring, until mixture is smooth. Mix in chipotle chiles, salt, and both chile powders.
• Transfer queso to a warm dish and top with Cotija cheese and reserved chorizo.
• DO AHEAD: Queso (without toppings) can be made 2 days ahead. Cover and chill.
