CHEWY CINNAMON RAISIN CHEX MIX
This sweet, chewy snack mix is addictive. It has been a family favorite for years. When I'm craving something sweet, I always make this. You can add extras to make it your own, or just enjoy as is. You better make a double batch, because it goes quickly.

Steps:
- In a large bowl, combine the cereal and raisins.
- In a saucepan, bring to boil butter, syrup, brown sugar, cinnamon, and salt.
- Boil 3 minutes, stirring regularly.
- Remove from heat and pour over cereal mixture.
- Stir until completely coated.
- Spread mix on clean countertop or wax paper to cool.
- Store in airtight container in refrigerator.
TIJUANA TRASH
The most fiendishly addictive snack mix I've ever had! You can pump up the red pepper if you like; I like it just like this, however. And, you can "mix up" the nuts a bit, but I like those salty Spanish peanuts and some almonds, perhaps even Smokehouse almonds. Make a big batch for your next party; you can't stop eating it!

Steps:
- Preheat oven to 250 degrees F.
- Combine tortilla chips, cereal, popcorn and nuts in a large roasting pan.
- (Lining the pan with foil first helps the clean-up later--).
- Combine corn syrup, butter, brown sugar, chili powder, cinnamon and cayenne pepper in a small saucepan and heat to boiling.
- Pour over the cereal-popcorn mixture in the pan; stir to coat thoroughly.
- Bake uncovered 1 hour, stirring every 20 minutes.
- Remove from oven and turn onto a sheet of waxed paper to cool.
- will keep in an airtight container for about 2 weeks.
CHEX MIX
This is an old favorite with everyone. I have been making this particular recipe for more years that I want to count. The only sad thing about this is that when I make it, I keeping munching on it till it's gone. Thats not good--but the mix is good.

- Put a very large pan in oven and melt the butter; take out.
- Into the butter put the Worcestershire Sauce, and seasoned salt; mix well.
- Add the cereal and mix very well so that you coat everything.
- Add the pretzels last and mix.
- Bake 250 oven for 1 hour stirring every 15 minutes.
