- For chocolate dough, in a large bowl, cream butter and sugar until light and fluffy, 5-7 minutes. Beat in eggs and vanilla. Combine the flour, cocoa, baking soda and salt; gradually add to creamed mixture and mix well. Stir in pecans and white chocolate., For vanilla dough, in another large bowl, cream butter and sugar until light and fluffy, 5-7 minutes. Beat in eggs and vanilla. Combine the flour, cream of tartar, baking soda and salt; gradually add to creamed mixture and mix well. Stir in pecans and German chocolate. Cover and refrigerate both doughs for 2 hours. , Divide both doughs in half. Shape each portion into a 12-in. roll; cover. Refrigerate until firm, about 3 hours., Uncover and cut each roll in half lengthwise. Place a chocolate half and vanilla half together, pressing to form a log; repeat with remaining dough. Cover and refrigerate until the dough holds together when cut, about 1 hour. , Using a serrated knife, cut into 1/4-in. slices. Place 2 in. apart on greased baking sheets. Bake at 350° until set, 8-10 minutes. Remove to wire racks to cool.

This impressive chocolate 4 layer dessert is actually easy to make, and every single bite is perfectly scrumptious!

Steps:
- For crust: Mix all ingredients together well and press into the bottom of a glass 9x13" pan. Bake at 375 for about 12-15 minutes or till very lightly browned. Let cool completely.
- Layer 1: Whip the 1 cup of cream till it holds soft peaks. Add sugar and vanilla to taste. (I don't like it really sweet.) Set it aside.
- Beat the cream cheese and powdered sugar till smooth and creamy. Fold in only about half of the whipped cream. Spread on top of cooled crust. Cover the bowl of remaining whipped cream and place it in the refrigerator.
- Layer 2: Beat the pudding and milk for about 1 minute. Quickly pour over the cream cheese layer. Cover with plastic wrap and chill till pudding is set, about 1 hour.
- Layer 3: Carefully spread the remaining whipped cream over the pudding layer. Top with chocolate curls if desired.

- Preheat oven to 400 degrees F (200 degrees C). In a medium mixing bowl, combine pecans, flour, and butter. Press into a 9x13 inch pan. Bake for 25 minutes. Allow to cool.
- In a large bowl, beat together cream cheese and confectioners' sugar until smooth. Fold in half of the whipped topping. Spread on top of cooled crust.
- In a large bowl, combine milk, chocolate pudding mix, and vanilla pudding mix. Beat until thick. Pour over cream cheese layer. Top with remaining whipped topping, and sprinkle with crushed chocolate bars.

HEAVENLY CHOCOLATE DELIGHT
Steps:
- Filling: In a heavy saucepan combine 1 cup of the chocolate and whipping cream. Stir over low heat until chocolate melts. Transfer mixture to a small bowl. Cover and chill for 45 to 60 minutes or until nearly set. Lightly grease and cocoa powder 6 (3/4-cup) souffle dishes. Divide chilled chocolate filling evenly between dishes. Place dishes in baking pan, set aside.
- In a double boiler over low heat, stir butter and remaining 1 1/2 cups chocolate over low heat until melted. Remove from heat and let cool. Set aside.
- Batter: Preheat oven to 400 degrees F.
- In a large mixing bowl beat eggs, egg yolks, granulated sugar, and Armagnac on high speed for 5 minutes or until thickened and lemon-colored. With mixer on medium speed, beat in melted butter-chocolate mixture until combined. Sprinkle flour and cocoa powder over the chocolate mixture, beat on low speed until combined. Divide batter evenly among the dishes. Bake uncovered for about 15 minutes or until the cakes feel firm at the edge. Cool in dishes for 2 to 3 minutes. Using a knife, loosen cakes from side of dishes. Invert onto dessert plates. Sift cocoa powder onto plates, dust cakes with powdered sugar and serve with Spun Sugar Halos.
- Combine sugar and water in a saucepan over medium heat until sugar is dissolved and mixture caramelizes, about 15 minutes. Drop syrupy mixture onto waxed paper in a circular "halo" and cool before peeling off waxed paper backing. Place halos on top of cakes as garnish.
CHOCOLATE SANDWICH DELIGHT
Whew! Talk about decadent! This is one of the most popular recipes I shared on my social media and after one taste you'll see why. You know I love anything cheesecake, so of course I knew that a brownie-cheesecake combo, with those famous chocolate sandwich cookies, would be a hit.

- Preheat the oven to 325 degrees F. Coat a 9-by-13-inch baking pan with nonstick cooking spray or shortening and dust with cocoa powder. Set aside.
- Combine the flour, salt and cocoa powder in a medium bowl. Combine the sugar, melted butter, oil, vanilla and eggs in a large bowl. Add the flour mixture to the butter mixture and stir until combined. Stir in the chocolate chips. Pour the batter into the bottom of the prepared baking pan. Arrange the chocolate sandwich cookies on top of brownie batter, spacing them out evenly.
- Make the cheesecake layer. Beat the cream cheese and sugar in a large bowl until the mixture becomes fluffy. Slowly beat in the eggs, one at a time, until the batter is smooth. Add the vanilla, stirring until combined. Pour the cheesecake batter over the top of the chocolate sandwich cookies and brownie batter, spreading out evenly. Sprinkle the top with the chopped cookies. Bake until the edges are slightly golden brown and the center is a little jiggly, about 45 minutes. Remove to a wire rack to cool completely. Refrigerate for at least 2 hours or up to overnight. Cut into squares and serve with a drizzle of chocolate sauce, if desired.

- Preheat oven to 350 degrees. Grease and flour a 9 inch square pan.
- In a heavy saucepan over medium heat, melt the butter; remove from heat and mix in honey, pumpkin vanilla and eggs.
- In a large bowl blend together the baking powder through flour; mix in the butter mixture just until blended, stir in pecans and chocolate chips; pour into prepared pan,smoothing top if necessary and bake for 30 to 35 minutes or until toothpick inserted off center comes out clean.
- Cool in pan on a wire rack.
- In a small mixing bowl, beat together the frosting ingredients and spread evenly over cake cooled; refrigerate until ready to serve.
