This recipe was handed down for many years at a Nursing Home I used to work at. We all would get together and have a pot luck lunch once a month. My family loves this dish also. Always liked it when our Farmer's Market opens for the summer. I like to buy fresh Broccoli to use in this dish. I would always clean it and than blanch...

Steps:
- 1. Thoroughly combine soup and milk.
- 2. Arrange broccoli in a 8 x 12 inch baking dish
- 3. Layer eggs, 1/2 cup Frensh Fried Onions, Soup mixture and cheese over broccoli
- 4. Bake at 350 degrees for 25 minutes
- 5. Remove from oven and top with remaining onions.
- 6. Place back into oven and bake 5 minutes longer
- 7. Serve it hot with any of your favorite meals.

Steps:
- Line 9-inch square baking dish with foil, with ends of foil extending over sides; spray with cooking spray. Place chicken in prepared dish. Fold ham slices in half; place over chicken. Top with cheese and broccoli.
- Whisk gravy, sour cream and mustard until blended; pour over broccoli. Cover with foil; freeze until firm. Use foil handles to remove casserole from dish; place (with foil) in freezer-weight resealable plastic bag. Seal bag. Freeze up to 2 months.
- Remove casserole from freezer 24 hours before serving; place casserole (with foil) in 9-inch square pan. Refrigerate until ready to bake.
- Heat oven to 400°F. Bake casserole 20 min. Uncover casserole; sprinkle with cracker crumbs. Bake 15 to 20 min. until chicken is done (165°F). Meanwhile, prepare rice as directed on package, omitting salt.
- Serve chicken casserole with the rice.

- In a saucepan, cook broccoli until crisp-tender; drain and set aside. In another saucepan, melt butter; add flour. Cook and stir until thickened and bubbly. Stir in onion. Gradually add milk; bring to a boil and cook for 1 minute. Remove from the heat; stir in cheese, eggs and broccoli. Pour into a greased 2-qt. baking dish. Bake, uncovered, at 325° for 30 minutes.

Steps:
- Set oven to 350 degrees.
- Grease a 13 x 9-ich baking pan.
- Cook the broccoli florets, covered in a small amount of boiling water for 7-8 minutes, or until firm-tender (don't overcook); drain well.
- In a food processor, or an electric blender, combine the cottage cheese, eggs, butter and flour until smooth; set aside.
- Combine the broccoli, corn, Swiss cheese, chopped onion, salt, pepper, hot sauce (if using); mix well to combine.
- Stir in the cottage cheese mixture and the 2 Tbsp grated Parmesan cheese (if using).
- Transfer into prepared baking dish.
- Sprinkle with the crumbled bacon.
- Bake for 40-45 minutes.
- **NOTE**1/8- 1/4 tsp cayenne pepper may be subsituted for the hot sauce, but the hot sauce is definately better!

- 1-1/2 quart (10x6x1-3/4) baking/casserole dish.
- Large mixing bowl.
- ===Preparation:.
- Microwave broccoli per instructions and drain.
- Dice onion.
- Melt butter and add to bread crumbs.
- Saute onion until soft, set aside.
- Preheat oven to 350°F.

- Preheat oven to 350 degrees. Grease a large casserole dish. Slice mushrooms, separate broccoli, dice onions and cube the raw chicken. Boil the pasta (start next step while it's cooking), drain and set aside.
- Saute chicken and onions in butter with salt until chicken is white, stirring constantly. Sprinkle with lemon juice, add mushrooms and and cook an additional 3 minutes at reduced heat. Transfer chicken and onions to casserole dish, reserving any juices in the frying pan.
- Add flour to the juices in the frying pan, cook and stir for 2 minutes. Add cream and salt, bring to a boil, whisking constantly. Reduce heat and simmer to thicken, still whisking. Add 75% of the Swiss cheese, continue to simmer and stir until cheese melts.
- Pour cream sauce over chicken in the casserole dish. Add noodles and broccoli, gently stir to combine. Top with remaining Swiss cheese.
- Bake covered at 350 degrees for 35 minutes or until bubbly throughout.

- Grease a 10" by 6" baking dish. Preheat oven to 325 degrees.
- In 2 quart saucepan over high heat,in 1 inch boiling water, heat broccoli and 1/2 tsp salt to boiling.
- Cover and cook 10 minutes;Drain;Set aside.
- Meanwhile, in 2 quart saucepan over medium heat, melt butter; Stir in flour and 1 tsp of salt until smooth.
- Add onion and cook 1 minute
- Slowly stir in milk; cook, stirring constantly, until mixture thickens and begins to boil; remove from heat.
- Stir in cheese and broccoli until cheese melts slightly; stir in eggs.
- Pour into baking dish and bake 30 minutes or until firm to the touch.
