SPICY CHEX MIX RECIPE

Steps:

• Preheat oven to 250ºF. In large bowl, add the corn, rice, and wheat chex cereals, mixed nuts, mini pretzels and bagel chips. Set aside.
• Place the butter in a small microwave-safe bowl and microwave on high for 30 seconds to 1 minute, until the butter completely melts. Add the Worcestershire sauce, garlic powder, salt, onion powder, chili powder, paprika and cayenne. Whisk together until combined. Pour the butter over the cereal mixture,
• Pour the butter sauce over the cereal mixture and toss together until everything is evenly coated.
• Spread the chex mix onto a large rimmed baking sheet and bake for 1 hour, stirring every 15 minutes to make sure everything crisps up evenly. Let cool slightly before eating.

SPICY CHIPOTLE CHEX MIX

Steps:

• In large microwavable bowl, mix cereals, pretzels and nuts.
• In 2-cup microwavable measuring cup, microwave butter uncovered on High about 40 seconds or until melted. Stir in pepper, chili powder and salt. Pour over cereal mixture; stir until evenly coated.
• Microwave uncovered on High 5 minutes, stirring every 2 minutes. Spread on waxed paper or foil. Sprinkle with cheese. Let cool completely. Store in airtight container.

SPICY CHIPOTLE SNACK MIX

Steps:

• In a large microwave-safe bowl, combine the cereals, pretzels and peanuts. In a small bowl, combine the butter and spices; pour over cereal mixture and toss to coat., Microwave, uncovered, on high for 5-6 minutes, stirring three times. Spread onto waxed paper to cool. Store in airtight containers.
