CHILI QUESO DIP
I've had this recipe for more than 42 years and have updated it from time to time. This is an easy party favorite, and everyone loves the taquito dippers. -Joan Hallford, North Richland Hills, Texas

Steps:
- In a large skillet, cook beef and sausage with onion, jalapenos and garlic over medium-high heat until meat is no longer pink, 5-7 minutes, crumbling meat. Using a slotted spoon, transfer to a 5-qt. slow cooker. Stir in chili, soup, tomatoes, pimientos and cheese. , Cook, covered, on low until heated through, 2-3 hours, stirring halfway through cooking. Serve warm with taquitos or chips.

QUESO CHILI VELVEETA DIP
Another version (my family's favorite) of a Velveeta dip, great for parties, football and snacking.

Steps:
- 1. Cube cheeses, place in crock pot. (I always use a crock pot liner, which helps with clean-up!)
- 2. Add canned tomatoes and chili. Stir.
- 3. Cook on high for 1-1 1/2 hours, stirring occasionally, until smooth and creamy. Serve with chips & enjoy!
VELVEETA ULTIMATE QUESO DIP
Super easy and super delicious dip that is perfect for any party. I often add sliced black olives and jarred jalapenos to the cheese for added flavor. Recipe comes from "Velveeta -- Crowd Pleasing Recipes".
