2 cups blueberries
3/4 cup Concord grape juice
3/4 cup pomegranate juice
1/2 cup sugar
Juice of 1 lime

Steps:

  • Pour the blueberries, grape and pomegranate juices, sugar and lime juice into a blender and puree.
  • Pour into 10 ice pop molds and insert ice pop sticks. Freeze until solid, at least 4 hours.

1 cup purple grapes
8 strawberries, unhulled
1 banana
One pot Greek yogurt
1 cup milk
2 tablespoons honey, or more to taste
Ice

Steps:

  • Put the blueberries, grapes, strawberries, banana, yogurt, milk, honey and ice into blender and blitz until smooth. Serve immediately.

These fun popsicles are actually loaded with nutrition - Greek yogurt, red cabbage, mixed berries, banana and honey.

2 cups plain Greek yogurt
2 cups frozen blueberries
2 cups frozen mixed berries (or frozen strawberries)
¼ cup honey
1 banana, peeled
¼ head red cabbage
1 cup cranberry or grape juice (or any deep red/purple juice)

Steps:

  • Add the yogurt, frozen berries, honey, banana and cabbage to a blender. Then pour in the juice and blend until smooth!
  • Pour into ice-pop molds and stash them in the freezer until totally frozen. Remove and eat as required!

Ripe avocado can be frozen in halves, chunks, mashed or pureed. Here Ree blends them with strawberries and yogurt to create these adorable freezer pops, perfect for a hot day.

2 cups frozen strawberries
1 cup vanilla yogurt
1/4 cup honey
1 large avocado, chopped
1 cup finely chopped fresh strawberries

Steps:

  • Combine the frozen strawberries, yogurt, honey and avocado in the bowl of a food processor and puree until smooth. Transfer to a bowl.
  • Spoon about a tablespoon of the chopped fresh strawberries into each of 12 small paper cups. Fold the remaining chopped strawberries into the yogurt mixture. Spoon the yogurt mixture on top of the strawberries in each paper cup. Carefully insert an ice-pop stick into each pop. Freeze until solid, about an hour. Peel the paper cups off to serve.

1 cup fresh strawberries or 1 cup frozen strawberries
1 cup fresh blueberries or 1 cup frozen blueberries
1 tablespoon granulated sugar or 1 tablespoon liquid honey
1 cup milk
1/2 cup raspberry yogurt
2 cups frozen peaches or 2 cups apricots
2 tablespoons liquid honey or 2 tablespoons granulated sugar
1 cup milk
1/2 cup peaches or 1/2 cup vanilla yogurt
1 very ripe banana
1 cup frozen pineapple chunks or 1 cup canned pineapple chunk, drained
1 -2 tablespoon granulated sugar or 1 -2 tablespoon liquid
honey
1 cup milk
1/2 cup vanilla or 1/2 cup plain yogurt

Steps:

  • In a blender or using a submersion blender, combine fruit and honey or sugar (as called for, to taste) and milk; purée until smooth. Add yogurt and pulse just until combined. Pour into ice-pop moulds and insert sticks, or pour into 3 oz. paper cups. If using paper cups, freeze until partially firm then insert sticks, straws, or plastic spoons. Freeze until solid, for 2-4 hours, or up to 2 weeks.
  • COOKING TIP: If using paper cups, once the smoothies are frozen solid, transfer to an airtight container to make sure they don't get freezer burn.
