Peanut Butter Wrapped Bacon Recipes

BACON-WRAPPED PEANUT BUTTER JALAPENOS

Steps:

• Preheat oven to 350 degrees F (175 degrees C).
• Fill each jalapeno half with peanut butter; wrap jalapeno with half slice of bacon, and secure with a toothpick. Arrange the wrapped jalapenos on a baking sheet.
• Bake in the preheated oven until the bacon is dark brown, about 25 minutes.

PEANUT BUTTER BACON COOKIES

Steps:

• Preheat oven to 350 degrees F (175 degrees C).
• Beat peanut butter, 1/2 cup white sugar, and brown sugar together in the bowl of a stand mixer until well combined. Add egg and baking soda; beat until smooth, 1 minute. Fold in bacon. Form dough into walnut-sized balls.
• Pour 2 tablespoons white sugar into a bowl; roll balls in the sugar until coated. Arrange coated balls on a baking sheet.
• Bake in the preheated oven until lightly browned, about 10 minutes. Cool on the baking sheet for 5 minutes before removing to cool completely on a wire rack.

PEANUT BUTTER AND BACON SANDWICH

Steps:

• Spread peanut butter on one slice of toast.
• Top peanut butter with sliced bacon and remaining piece of toast.

PEANUT BUTTER WRAPPED BACON

Steps:

• Mix peanut butter and cyanne pepper together.
• Mound into 3/4" balls.
• Put into freezer for 2 hour or overnight.
• Line jelly roll pan with foil.
• Wrap bacon compleatly around peanut butter and insert toothpick through so that it sicks out at both ends.
• Broil for 5 minute Be sure to keep an eye on it so they don't burn. The peanut butter might leak out but it won't do any damage to the finished product.
• Remove from pan and serve with the toothpick still sticking out.

PEANUT BUTTER & BACON APPETIZERS

Steps:

• Spread peanut butter generously on four slices of bread.
• Top with four remaining bread slices and trim crusts.
• Cut each sandwich into thirds, vertically and horizontally, to make nine cubes.
• Cut each bacon slice into thirds and wrap each sandwich cube with bacon.
• Secure with wooden toothpicks.
• Place cubes on rack of a broiler pan.
• Bake at 350 for 15 to 20 minutes or until bacon is nicely crisped.
