- Trim fat from steak, cut steak diagonally across grain into thin slices. Heat ½ teaspoon of oil in a large nonstick skillet over medium-high heat. Add steak, green onions and garlic; stir-fry for two minutes or until done to your preference. Remove steak from skillet; keep warm.
- Remove noodles from packages; only use one for recipe or part of one depending on salt preference. Add water and remaining seasoning packet to skillet; bring to a boil. Break noodles in half; add noodles to water mixture. Cook noodles for two minutes or until most of liquid is absorbed, stirring frequently. Stir in steak mixture, vegetables and soy sauce; cook until thoroughly heated.
- To make this dish more quickly you can buy the slaw mix with shredded cabbage and carrot already made. Just use 2 cups of the slaw mix in place of the 1 cup of the shredded cabbage and 1 cups of shredded carrots.

- In a large skillet, cook beef over medium heat until no longer pink; drain. Stir in contents of one noodle seasoning packet; set aside and keep warm., Break the noodles; place in a large saucepan. Add the contents of second seasoning packet, vegetables, water, soy sauce and ginger. Bring to a boil. Reduce heat; cover and simmer for 6-10 minutes or until vegetables and noodles are tender. Stir in beef and onions.

- Heat a skillet over medium-high heat; cook steak, working in batches, until seared and browned on all sides, about 5 minutes. Transfer seared steak to a plate.
- Melt butter in the same skillet over medium heat and saute onion until softened, 5 to 10 minutes. Add steak to onion and pour beef stock over steak; season with bay leaves, thyme, salt, and pepper. Bring to a boil, reduce heat to low, cover skillet with a lid, and simmer until steak is tender, 50 minutes to 1 hour 50 minutes. Stir peas and cornstarch into steak mixture; cook uncovered until liquid thickens, about 10 minutes.
- Bring a large pot of lightly salted water to a boil. Cook egg noodles in the boiling water, stirring occasionally until cooked through but firm to the bite, about 5 minutes; drain. Serve beef mixture over noodles.

- Heat a large skillet over medium-high heat. Saute beef sirloin tips with onion in the hot skillet until beef is browned, about 5 minutes.
- Stir cream of mushroom soup, milk, red wine, and beef with onion soup mix together in a bowl, pour into the skillet, and stir to coat beef in the soup mixture; bring to a simmer, reduce heat to low, place a cover on the skillet, and cook until the beef tips are tender, about 2 hours.
- Reduce heat to lowest setting and continue cooking until the beef pulls apart easily with a fork, at least 4 hours more.
- Bring a large pot of lightly salted water to a boil. Cook egg noodles in the boiling water, stirring occasionally until cooked through but firm to the bite, about 5 minutes. Drain.
- Ladle beef tips mixture over egg noodles.

BEEF AND NOODLES
Steps:
- In a large bowl, combine the flour and 1/2 teaspoon each of seasoned salt and black pepper. Add the cubes of beef to the bowl and stir until well coated.
- Heat a large Dutch oven over medium-high heat. Add the butter and olive oil, swirling to coat the bottom of the pan. Place the meat in a single layer and cook until golden brown, 4 to 5 minutes. Stir the beef and let brown on another side, 3 to 4 minutes. Remove the Dutch oven from the heat and transfer the beef to a plate.
- Reduce the heat to medium and add the onion, mushrooms, garlic and remaining 1/2 teaspoon each of seasoned salt and black pepper. Cook for 7 minutes, stirring occasionally and scraping the browned bits from the bottom of the pot. Add the beef stock, Worcestershire sauce, seared beef, and thyme sprigs. Bring to a simmer, cover, then reduce heat to low. Cook for 1 hour and 15 minutes, with the stock just barely simmering.
- Remove the lid and discard the thyme sprigs. Add the egg noodles and increase the heat to medium-high. Cook, stirring occasionally, until the mixture comes to a simmer. Reduce the heat to medium-low and continue to cook for 20 to 25 minutes, stirring occasionally, until the noodles are tender. Serve immediately, topped with a dollop of sour cream and a sprinkle of parsley.

- In a large cast-iron or other heavy skillet, heat oil over medium-high heat; cook and crumble pork until browned, 4-6 minutes. Stir in soy sauce, garlic and seasonings. - Combine flour, 1 tsp salt, and 1/4 tsp pepper in large zip-top plastic bag. Add beef; seal bag and shake to coat.
- Cook half of bacon in large Dutch oven over medium-high heat until crisp. Remove bacon with slotted spoon and set aside. Add half of beef to drippings in pan; cook 5 minutes, browning on all sides. Remove beef, cover and keep warm. Repeat process with remaining bacon and beef.
- Add chopped onion, carrot, and garlic to pan; saute 5 minutes. Stir in wine and broth, scraping pan to lossen browned bits. Add bacon, beef, 1 tsp salt, 1/2 tsp pepper, mushrooms, and next 4 ingredients. Bring to a boil. Cover, reduce heat, and simmer 45 minutes.
- Uncover and cook 1 hour or until beef is tender. Discard bay leaves. Serve over noodles, sprinkling with parsley.
