Though Nutella and cheese may be an unexpected pairing, when melted together into a sandwich it's the ideal sweet-and-savory snack.

Ingredients

2 Tbsp. Nutella
4 slices white sandwich bread
1/2 cup shredded mild cheddar, Monterey Jack, or mozzarella cheese
2 Tbsp. unsalted butter, divided

Steps:

Spread Nutella on 2 bread slices. Top with cheese, then close up sandwiches with 2 remaining bread slices.
Heat 1 Tbsp. butter in a large skillet over medium until melted. Cook sandwiches, turning once and adding remaining 1 Tbsp. butter halfway through, until bread is golden brown and cheese is melted, 4-6 minutes.

Steps:

Heat griddle.
Lightly spread butter on the outsides of two slices of bread.
Spread Nutella on the inside and sandwich together.
Grill 2 mins per side.
Slice in half
Serve warm.

Butter one side of each of your slices of bread. Flip over so they're butter-side-down and spread with Nutella (around 1 tbsp per slice). Top half of them with brie (3 slices each), then add the other slice nutella-side-down/butter-side-up.
Add to a non-stick pan over medium heat and fry both sides until golden, with the cheese just starting the leak out. You may need to do this in two batches.
