Steps:
- Take one large clean terracotta potting pot and clean with soap and water.
- Make one package chocolate pudding as directed on box.
- In electric food processor add Oreo cookies. Blend until smooth and looks like dirt.
- Take softened cream cheese and powdered sugar and mix/cream in bowl. You can use a hand mixer or a kitchen aide to make it easier.
- Carefully fold Cool Whip into cream cheese sugar mixture.
- Take half the pudding and add to the bottom of pot.
- Sprinkle 1/3 the gummy worms and bugs on top of pudding.
- Add half of cream cheese and powdered sugar on top of pudding/gummies.
- Sprinkle 1/3 of Oreo mixture onto the cream cheese mixture.
- Add other half of pudding.
- Add other 1/3 of gummy worms and gummy bugs.
- Add the rest of cream cheese and powdered sugar mix.
- Add rest of Oreo crumbs on top.
- Garnish with plastic flowers and gummy frogs, worms and bugs on top.
DIRT CAKE
Dirt Cake is fun to serve at family gatherings, or to give as a gift. I've also taken it to church dinners. It not only tastes good but is unique.

- Crush cookies until they resemble potting soil. Divide half of the crumbs between the flower pots. Set pots and remaining crumbs aside., In a large bowl, beat the cream cheese, butter, sugar and vanilla until light and fluffy. In another bowl, whisk milk and pudding mix for 2 minutes (mixture will be thick). Fold in whipped topping. Gently fold into cream cheese mixture until blended., Add filling to pots; top with reserved crumbs. Cover and refrigerate until chilled. If desired, wrap silk flower stems in foil; add to flower pots. Decorate with gummy worms and display with gardening tools if desired.

Steps:
- Chop cookies very fine in food processor. The white cream will disappear.
- Mix butter, cream cheese, and sugar in bowl.
- In a large bowl mix milk, pudding and whipped topping together.
- Combine pudding mixture and cream mixture together.
- Layer in flower pot, starting with cookies then cream mixture. Repeat layers.
- Chill until ready to serve.
- Add artificial flower and trowel. Enjoy!

- In a large bowl, whisk together the sugar, flour, cocoa powder, baking soda, baking powder, and salt until just combined. Add in the vegetable oil, eggs, vanilla and buttermilk and mix on low until combined. Lastly, very carefully and slowly stream in the hot coffee with the mixer on low until fully incorporated into the batter. Pour the batter evenly into the prepared pan.
- Bake for 25-30 minutes or until a toothpick inserted near the center comes out clean or with moist but not wet crumbs. Cool completely.
- For the frosting: In the bowl of a stand mixer, cream together the butter, cocoa powder and vanilla extract until soft and fluffy, about 1 minute. Gradually add in the confectioners' sugar, about one cup at a time, alternating with little bits of the heavy cream. Frosting should be light and fluffy.
