CLASSIC GREEK SALAD
The Authentic way of making a Greek salad. It's a super simple salad that requires no mixing!

Steps:
- Rinse well the cucumber and the tomatoes.
- Cut the tomatoes in halves and than into thick slices. Add to a plate.
- Slice cucumber in half. Cut in small pieces and add to the plate as well.
- Thinly slice the onion and pepper and add to the plate.
- Add the feta and olives on top.
- Drizzle with olive oil and oregano.
- Don't forget the bread for dipping. Enjoy!

Steps:
- Combine the vinegar, lemon juice, oregano, and salt and pepper to taste in a small bowl and whisk together. Add the oil in a steady stream, whisking constantly.
- Combine the lettuce, onion, bell pepper, tomato, cucumber, olives and feta in a large salad bowl. Pour the dressing over and toss until all of the ingredients are well coated. Taste and adjust the seasonings, adding more salt or lemon juice as desired.
FAMILY-STYLE GREEK SALAD
Steps:
- Whisk oil, vinegar, garlic powder, and oregano in small bowl to blend. Season vinaigrette to taste with salt and pepper.
- Combine lettuce, cucumbers, tomatoes, onion, cheese, and olives in very large bowl. Drizzle with lemon juice and toss to combine. Add vinaigrette to salad and toss to coat.
