- In a large bowl, cream butter, peanut butter and confectioners' sugar; stir in cereal. Divide dough in half. Cover and refrigerate 1 hour or overnight. Working with half of dough, scoop into tablespoonfuls and shape into 1/2-in.x2-in.-thick logs. Place on waxed paper-lined pans., In a microwave-safe bowl, melt chocolate chips; stir until smooth. Dip or drizzle over logs. If desired, sprinkle with peanuts. Chill until set. Repeat with remaining dough. Store in an airtight container in the refrigerator.

Crunchy peanut butter balls dipped in chocolate. A favorite Christmas cookie in my family for at least three generations. Can be refrigerated, frozen, or eaten immediately.

- Mix corn flakes cereal, confectioners' sugar, peanut butter, and butter together in a bowl. Scoop mixture using a melon baller into balls and arrange on a plate or baking sheet. Refrigerate until solid, at least 3 hours.
- Melt chocolate chips and oil in a microwave-safe glass or ceramic bowl in 30-second intervals, stirring after each melting, for 1 to 3 minutes.
- Grease a baking sheet.
- Gently roll peanut butter balls in the melted chocolate until evenly coated; arrange on the same baking sheet.

- Kneed all ingredients together with your hands, adding enough milk powder to form a stiff but not crumbly dough. This may be more or less than a cup depending upon how thin your peanut butter and honey are.
- Optional ingredients can be kneaded in as well.

- Roll in powdered milk, confectioner's sugar or coconut.

- Line a 15x10x1-inch pan with waxed paper. Grease the waxed paper.
- Combine marshmallows, butter, and peanut butter together in a large microwave-safe bowl. Cover bowl and heat mixture in the microwave until marshmallows are melted, about 2 minutes. Stir well.
- Stir rice cereal into marshmallow mixture until well coated; spread onto the prepared pan.
- Combine chocolate chips and butterscotch chips in a microwave-safe bowl. Heat mixture in microwave until melted, about 2 minutes. Stir well.
- Spread chocolate mixture over rice cereal mixture, leaving a 1-inch border around edges. Roll rice cereal mixture around chocolate filling, jelly-roll style and starting with the short side. - In a large bowl, cream the butter, peanut butter and sugars until light and fluffy, 5-7 minutes. Beat in egg and vanilla. In another bowl, combine the flour, baking soda, baking powder and salt; gradually add to creamed mixture and mix well. Cover dough and refrigerate for 30 minutes or until easy to handle., Using a cookie press fitted with a star disk, press dough into long strips, 2 in. apart, onto ungreased baking sheets. These are a favorite of my family. I make them every Christmas, right along with the chocolate covered cherries.

- 1. Melt butter and peanut butter together. (I do this in microwave in a large bowl.). Add 2 cups graham cracker crumbs and one box powdered sugar. Mix together. Shape into logs, about 1 1/2 inches long or you can shape into balls. Place on cookie sheet and refrigerate until set.
- 2. Melt almond bark in microwave. Dip each log into chocolate, place back on cookie sheet and refrigerate again until hardened. I also sling white chocolate over these as an added touch.
- 3. I leave a few of these out on a plate to return to room temperature for eating. But I store the rest in refrigerator until we want more.
