RAMEN NOODLE SALAD
Sweet, tangy, crunchy ramen noodle and cabbage salad is a great side dish for potlucks or a weeknight dinner any day of the week.

Steps:
- To make the dressing: Combine the oil, vinegar, sugar, and soy sauce in a jar and shake until the sugar has dissolved.
- Melt the butter in a large skillet over medium heat. While the butter is melting, crush the ramen noodles while still inside the package. Remove the seasoning packet and throw away (or set aside for later use). Add the noodles, almonds, and sesame seeds to the melted butter in the skillet.
- Saute while stirring frequently, until the noodle mixture is golden brown. Remove to a plate and let cool.
- Shred the cabbage and combine the cabbage and onions in a large mixing bowl. Add the noodle mixture. Pour the dressing over the salad and toss well to combine. Serve immediately.

CLASSIC ASIAN RAMEN SALAD
Classic Asian Ramen Salad is simple and addictive! It's also a perfect salad to bring to any gathering!

- Preheat your oven to 415 degrees F.
- Crumble the ramen noodles and discard the seasoning packets. Combine the noodles with the almonds on a parchment lined baking sheet. Toast in the oven for 7 to 9 minutes, stirring halfway, until they are a light golden brown. Remove from oven and let cool.
- Meanwhile combine the coleslaw mix, edamame, mandarin oranges, scallions and toasted noodle mixture in a large bowl. Set aside.
- In a small bowl whisk together the ingredients for the dressing until the sugar is dissolved. Pour into the salad and toss to combine. Serve immediately or store, covered in the fridge for up to 3 days. Enjoy!

ASIAN RAMEN SALAD

- Preheat oven to 350 degrees. Crush up the ramen noodles and lay them on a sheet pan with the almonds. Toast until lightly brown for 10 minutes.
- In a large bowl add the cabbage, carrots, green onions, and ramen and almonds.
- To make the dressing: Whisk together the rice vinegar, olive oil, soy sauce, honey, garlic, sesame oil and seeds.
- Pour over the salad and toss until it is combined.

- Preheat the oven to 350 degrees Fahrenheit.
- Place broken ramen noodles, sunflower seeds, and almonds onto a baking sheet
- Bake for 10 to 15 minutes, or until fragrant and toasted. Set aside to cool.
- In a large bowl, toss together coleslaw mix and green onions. Add cooled noodle mixture on top.
- Prepare the dressing: whisk together olive oil, ramen seasoning packets, apple cider vinegar, sugar, and black pepper until smooth.
