~ CASSIES WHITE CHOCOLATE KAHLUA DIP ~ DELICIOUS!
I came up with this delicious dip out of ingredients I had on hand. This would be great in a trifle with chocolate cake, as a dip for cookies or fruit. It turned out better than I thought it would. I hope you try it sometime. It only took 5 minutes to make. Yum! This recipe could easily be halved, if just want enough for a snack. Enjoy!

Steps:
- In a medium bowl, pour the pudding mixes, milk and Kahlua. Whisk until thick.
- Fold in the cool whip, serve immediately or refrigerate, covered until ready to serve. Serve with fruit or assorted cookies. Chocolate would be wonderful.

My friend Katie makes the most amazingly addictive Kahlua dip. It is a great party dip and can be easily doubled.

Steps:
- Be sure that the Cool Whip is completely thawed and the cream cheese is softened at room temperature.
- Combine Cool Whip, cream cheese, mini chocolate chips and kahlua in a bowl.
- Store in refrigerator overnight or for at least 3 hours (it tastes better the longer it sits).
- Serve with chocolate graham crackers (broken up) or chocolate graham cracker sticks.

This is a quick 4 ingredient recipe for a dip that is wonderful to dip fruit in.. I live in a house full of saliors and its something they request everytime they come home from a outing.

- Cream together the first 3 ingredients with a hand blender real quick and fold in the cool whip and enjoy -- (you can enjoy it right away or put it in the fridge for a few minutes and enjoy it nice and cold.) Hope you all enjoy.
FRESH FRUIT WITH MASCARPONE AND WHITE CHOCOLATE DIP
Steps:
- Melt 6 ounces chopped white chocolate with 1/2 cup whipping cream in a medium metal bowl set over a saucepan of gently simmering water. Remove the bowl from water and let the chocolate cool to room temperature.
- In another medium bowl, whisk 1/2 cup whipping cream, one 8-ounce container mascarpone cheese, and 1 teaspoon vanilla extract until blended and smooth. Fold melted chocolate into mascarpone.
- Serve the dip with fresh fruit; strawberries and cherries are terrific with it, but peach and nectarine slices would also be fun.
KAHLUA BROWNIES WITH WHITE & DARK CHOCOLATE FROSTING
Delicious, sophisticated brownies that are great during the holidays as well as to finish a Mexican meal. While there are a lot of steps, it's actually a pretty easy dish to make and enjoy. Adapted from "Layers of Flavor" by Ray Overton.

Steps:
- Preheat oven to 350°F.
- Grease and flour a 13x9x2 baking dish and set aside (can use a mix of cocoa and flour to prevent white edges around finished brownies) In a big bowl (preferably by hand, NOT mixer), combine well the sugar, flour, cocoa, baking soda, salt and cinnamon.
- Add melted butter, eggs, vanilla, and Kahlua, and stir just until blended (do not overmix).
- Fold in chopped nuts, if you are using them.
- Put batter in prepared baking dish, evening out the batter with a spatula.
- Bake for 40- 45 minutes or until the edges of brownies begin to pull away from the sides of the dish.
- Remove from the oven and put dish on wire rack to cool.
- Immediately sprinkle dark chocolate chips over top of hot brownies.
- Lighly place a sheet of aluminum foil over dish to hold in and reflect heat.
- After about 5 minutes, when chips are melted, spread over the brownies with a spatula.
- Immediately sprinkle white chocolate over the frosting, and lightly cover dish with the foil again.
- After about 2 minutes, when chocolate is melted, gently swirl them into the dark chocolate to create a marbleized look.
- Let cool 2 hours before cutting.
