This easy carrot orange smoothie is so refreshing and packed with immune boosting goodness.

1 large orange, peeled
2 medium carrots, peeled and cut into chunks
2 cups frozen pineapple chunks
1 teaspoon peeled and chopped fresh ginger
1/8 teaspoon cinnamon
1 1/2 cups ice
1/2 cup cold water

Steps:

  • Add orange, carrots, frozen pineapple chunks, ginger, cinnamon, and water to a high speed blender and blend until smooth
  • Add ice and blend again until thick
  • Serve immediately

Number Of Ingredients 5

2 medium carrots , peeled and roughly chopped or grated depending on your blender
2 oranges , peeled
2cm piece of ginger , grated
2 tbsp oats
100g ice

Steps:

  • Tip all the ingredients into a blender or smoothie maker and blitz until smooth, adding 150ml water if it's too thick - alter the consistency to your liking.

ice to taste

Steps:

  • Place all ingredients in a high-speed blender and puree until smooth. Add enough ice to reach the desired consistency.
