My mom has been making this chicken spread/dip since I was a little kid, and it's always a hit at parties!

8 ounces cream cheese (at room temperature)
1 small onion (finely chopped (about ¼ cup))
4.25 ounce can chicken
1 tablespoon mayonnaise
1 tablespoon soy sauce

Steps:

  • In a medium bowl, blend all ingredients together with a hand mixer until creamy and combined.
  • Serve with assorted crackers. Leftovers can be stored in the refrigerator for up to 3 days.

1 - 8 oz softened cream cheese
6 green onions, minced - some green part too
1/2 tsp horseradish
1 Tbsp each - mayonnaise & soy sauce
1 4 - 5 ounces - can of white chicken - drained well

Steps:

  • 1. In a medium bowl, whip the creamed cheese, add mayo, soy - mix well. Fold in the chicken, onion and horseradish. Chill before serving. Serve with assorted crackers!

2 packages (8 ounces each) cream cheese, softened
1 teaspoon seasoned salt
1 teaspoon Worcestershire sauce
1/2 teaspoon onion powder
1 bottle (12 ounces) seafood cocktail sauce
1 tablespoon prepared horseradish
3 cans (4 ounces each) tiny shrimp, rinsed and drained
Minced fresh parsley
Assorted crackers

Steps:

  • In a small bowl, beat cream cheese until smooth. Beat in the seasoned salt, Worcestershire sauce and onion powder. Spread onto a 13-in. platter. , Combine seafood sauce and horseradish; spread over cream cheese layer. Sprinkle with shrimp and parsley. Cover and chill for at least 1 hour. Serve with crackers.

3 tablespoons brown sugar, firmly packed
3 tablespoons honey
1 tablespoon soy sauce
2 lbs boneless skinless chicken breasts (cut into 1-inch cubes)
salt and pepper (optional)

Steps:

  • Melt the butter and sesame oil in a skillet over medium heat.
  • Add in all remaining ingredients with the chicken cubes, simmer for about 20 minutes, or until the chicken is browned and cooked through.
  • Season with salt and pepper if desired.
  • Serve the chicken in the sauce with toothpicks.

1 can (16 ounces) refried beans
10 flour tortillas (8 inches), warmed
1 can (10-3/4 ounces) condensed cream of chicken soup, undiluted
1 cup sour cream
3 to 4 cups cubed cooked chicken
3 cups shredded cheddar cheese, divided
1 can (15 ounces) enchilada sauce
1/4 cup sliced green onions
1/4 cup sliced ripe olives
Shredded lettuce, optional

Steps:

  • Spread about 2 tablespoons of beans on each tortilla. Combine soup and sour cream; stir in chicken. Spoon 1/3 to 1/2 cup down the center of each tortilla; top each with 1 tablespoon cheese. , Roll up and place seam side down in a greased 13x9-in. baking dish. Pour enchilada sauce over top; sprinkle with the onions, olives and remaining cheese. , Bake, uncovered, at 350° for about 35 minutes or until heated through. Just before serving, sprinkle lettuce around enchiladas if desired. Freeze option: Cover and freeze unbaked casserole. To use, partially thaw in refrigerator overnight. Remove from refrigerator 30 minutes before baking. Preheat oven to 350°. Bake casserole as directed, increasing time as necessary to heat through and for a thermometer inserted in center to read 165°.

  • In a stockpot, heat butter over medium-high heat. Add onion and pepper; cook, stirring, until vegetables are crisp-tender, 3-4 minutes. Bring to a boil; reduce heat and simmer, covered, until tender, 12-15 minutes., Stir in chicken, corn, sauces and salt; bring to a boil. My boyfriend loves miracle whip and loves mustard, so I came up with this recipe to compliment his sandwiches at work. This works great on everything. We first had it with toasted chicken club sandwiches, but the possibilities are endless. We even use it as a spicy chip dip for veggies or potato chips! Use light Miracle Whip and no-fat sour cream to make this a guilt free spread!

1/4 cup Dijon mustard
1 cup sour cream (I used no fat)

2 tablespoons jalapenos (finely chopped)

Steps:

  • Combine Miracle Whip salad dressing, Dijon mustard, sour cream, cayenne pepper, garlic powder, curry powder, and jalapenos.
