Winter Cranberry Apple Salad Recipes
CREAMY CRANBERRY APPLE SALAD
For over 30 years, this recipe has been a holiday tradition in my family. With marshmallows, cranberries, apples and grapes, it has a sweet-tart flavor and comforting creaminess that appeals to all ages.

Steps:
- Coarsely chop the cranberries; place in a large bowl. Stir in marshmallows and sugar. Cover and refrigerate for several hours or overnight. , Just before serving, stir in the apples, grapes, walnuts and salt. Fold in whipped topping.

Steps:
- In a large bowl, combine the Romaine salad, pecans, Craisins, apples, red onion, and feta cheese.
- I like to leave mine on top for presentation, but you can mix it all together.
- In a smaller bowl, mix the poppy seed, apple cider vinegar, honey, Dijon mustard, salt, and slowly add in the olive oil, stirring constantly.
- Pour the dressing over the salad.
- Serve immediately.
