1 (8 ounce) can crushed pineapple, drained-reserve juice,cold or frozen
1 cup milk
1/2 frozen strawberries

  • Place everything, except reserved juice, in a blender and process until smooth.
  • Add juice as necessary to achieve a smoothie consistency.
  • Serve immediately.
