Virgin Mary Smoothies image

Whirl up a virgin version of your favorite cocktail in smoothie form! Garnish with celery stalks, carrot sticks, and/or lime slices.

1 (28 ounce) can whole peeled tomatoes
1 stalk celery, sliced
1 medium carrot, sliced
1 teaspoon Worcestershire sauce
1 teaspoon prepared horseradish, or more to taste
¼ teaspoon hot sauce
1 cup ice cubes

Steps:

  • Blend tomatoes, celery, carrot, Worcestershire sauce, horseradish, and hot sauce in a blender until very smooth. Add ice cubes and blend until smooth.

1 cup plain yogurt
1 cup milk
1 1/4 cups tomato juice
2 carrots, diced
1 tablespoon lemon juice
1/4 teaspoon salt
1/4 teaspoon dill weed
1/4 teaspoon bottled liquid red pepper sauce (like Tabasco)

Steps:

  • Whir in blender until carrots are pureed and mixture is smooth as possible.
  • Makes about 1 quart.

  • Put all ingredients into blender. Blend until smoothie consistency is reached and serve cold.
