STICKY GUINNESS CHICKEN
Want some finger lickin' good sticky chicken? This Guinness Chicken has your name on it! Chicken thighs are first seared light brown then cooked in an easy to make sticky sauce made with your favorite Irish beer. It's my newest favorite chicken recipe!

Steps:
- Add the Guinness, ketchup, honey, balsamic, Dijon, and garlic to a small pot and bring to a boil over high heat. Reduce the heat and simmer for 15 minutes, or until it starts to thicken.
- While the sauce is simmering, start the chicken. Heat the oil in a large frying pan over medium-high heat. Add the chicken to the pan and brown it on both sides, about 10 minutes total. Drain the fat from the pan.
- Pour the slightly thickened Guinness sauce over the chicken and continue to cook the chicken, uncovered, turning it over a few times so the sauce coats both sides, for about 15-20 minutes, or until the sauce reduces and is thick and sticky.

STICKY CHICKEN WINGS WITH GUINNESS BBQ SAUCE
Tasty sticky chicken wings glazed with Guinness bbq sauce

Steps:
- Make sure the wings are separated into wing and small drumettes. You can do this by splitting the wing in the middle with a sharp knife.
- Preheat the oven to 400°F and line a 13x9 baking pan with foil and then lay a wire rack on top of the foil.
- Place the wings in even rows on to the wire.
- In a small bowl combine the garlic, paprika, cayenne, oregano, salt and pepper.
- Sprinkle each side of the wings generously with the seasoning.
- Place the wings into the oven and bake for 30 minutes.
- After 30 minutes turn the wings over and bake for another 30 minutes.
- While the wings are cooking, combine the sauce ingredients in a small pot and stir well.
- Bring to a simmer and then turn the heat to low and slowly simmer the sauce, stirring often.
- After the wings ahve cooked for an hour, brush them with the sauce. Bake for another 5 minutes.
- Flip the wings and repeat with more sauce and bake for another 3-4 minutes.
- Brush with more sauce before serving.
STICKY HONEY CHICKEN WINGS

- Combine honey, vinegar, paprika, salt and pepper in a small bowl., Cut through the 2 wing joints with a sharp knife, discarding wing tips. Add remaining wing pieces and honey mixture to a large bowl; stir to coat. Cover and refrigerate 4 hours or overnight., Preheat oven to 375°. Remove wings; reserve honey mixture. Place wings on greased 15x10x1-in. baking pans. Bake until juices run clear, about 30 minutes, turning halfway through., Meanwhile, place reserved honey mixture in a small saucepan. Bring to a boil; cook 1 minute., Remove wings from oven; preheat broiler. Place wings on a greased rack in a broiler pan; brush with honey mixture. Broil 4-5 in. from heat until crispy, about 3-5 minutes. Serve with remaining honey mixture.

- Cut chicken wings into three sections; discard wing tips. In a large bowl, combine the brown sugar, soy sauce, teriyaki sauce, butter, Creole seasoning and mustard; add chicken and turn to coat; cover and refrigerate for 8 hours or overnight., Drain and discard marinade. Place chicken in a greased 13x9-in. baking dish. Bake, uncovered, at 375° until chicken juices run clear, 45-50 minutes. , Transfer the wings to a rack on a broiler pan. STICKY BAKED CHICKEN WINGS

- For the wings: Place the wings in a resealable plastic bag. To the wings, add the sesame oil, soy sauce and lime juice. Seal the bag and mix the wings around to coat in the marinade. Place in the refrigerator and marinate for 3 hours.
- Preheat the oven to 425 degrees F.
- Spread the wings on a rimmed baking sheet and bake for 20 minutes.
- For the sauce: While the wings are baking, combine the honey, chili paste, soy sauce, sesame oil, lime juice and garlic in a small saucepan over medium heat. Whisk until smooth. Bring to a simmer. Reduce heat to low and cook until the mixture has thickened, about 5 minutes.
- Remove the wings from the oven and brush with the sauce. Using a metal spatula, toss to coat well. Return the tray to the oven and cook an additional 5 to 10 minutes or until glazed and cooked through. Toss the cooked wings to coat well and serve.

- Preheat oven to 300 degrees. In a 9-by-13-inch baking dish, whisk together brown sugar, fish sauce, lemon juice, and soy sauce until sugar dissolves, 2 minutes. Add ginger, chile, and chicken wings; toss to coat. Arrange wings in a single layer.
- Bake wings 1 hour. Increase heat to 450 degrees and bake until sauce is reduced and wings are glazed, 30 to 35 minutes more, turning wings occasionally. Serve wings with sliced chile, if desired.
