- In a large bowl, combine the cheese, bacon and soup mix. Crumble beef over mixture and mix well. Shape into eight patties., Grill burgers, covered, over medium heat or broil 4 in. from the heat for 5-7 minutes on each side or until a thermometer reads 160° and juices run clear. Serve on buns with lettuce and tomato if desired.

- Chop or grate your Cheddar Cheese and combine all of your ingredients together in a large bowl
- Mix everything together
- Shape your burgers however big you want them
- Turn a stovetop pan or your grill on medium heat
- Coat whatever you're using with some non-stick cooking spray
- Cook your burgers on each side for around 5 minutes
- Optionally top them with cheese a couple minutes before they're done
