I make this dip a lot ,it can be made in a jiffy .It is another recipe that was given to me by my Mom...As I go through my recipes,I am supprised at how many came from her over the years...No matter where I take this dip ,I come home with a empty crock pot..I often double or triple it ..Serve with corn chips or tortilla chips.I...

Ingredients

1- roll jimmy dean regular sausage
1-10 oz can rotel (original )
1-8 oz pkg. of cream cheese (room temperature)

Steps:

1. Brown sausage in a sauce pan on medium heat.Add the Rotel tomatoes and package of cream cheese.Continue on medium heat ,mix well making sure that cream cheese is melted..
2. I put mine in a small crock pot on warm or low till ready to serve.....Serve with tortilla chips or large dipping corn chips..

1 lb breakfast pork sausage, cooked and drained
16 oz Velveeta, cut into cubes
10 oz can Rotel diced tomatoes and green chilies, undrained

Steps:

Combine everything in a skillet and heat until the cheese is melted and everything is combined. (Alternatively, you could combine everything in a microwave safe bowl and heat until melted and combined (about 3-5 minutes), stirring half way through.)

Add Rotel and mix well.
Serve warm with chips.
