Steps:
- In deep fryer or 2-quart heavy saucepan, heat 2 to 3 inches oil to 375°F. Place one of the Coating Flavors into a brown paper lunch bag (about 10 3/4 x 5 inches) or medium bowl.
- Lightly spoon Bisquick mix into measuring cup; level off with straight edge of knife. Add to medium bowl along with remaining Doughnut Hole ingredients; mix just until dough forms. Work with half of the dough at a time; cover and refrigerate remaining half of dough. Shape dough into 1-inch balls. Sprinkle fingers and hands with Bisquick mix if they get sticky. Carefully drop balls, 5 or 6 at a time, into hot oil. Fry 1 to 2 minutes or until golden brown all around; drain on paper towels. Immediately gently shake 2 or 3 doughnut holes at a time in bag, or roll in coating in bowl. Repeat with refrigerated dough.

DOUGHNUT BREAD PUDDING
Don't pass up those day-old doughnuts in the grocery store. They make great bread pudding! Just about any kind of raised yeast doughnuts work except for jelly. Apple fritters are even good. I sometimes use a combination of cinnamon, glazed, sugared doughnuts and apple fritters for an interesting combination. You don't have to add any extra fat and very little (if any) extra sugar depending on taste.

Steps:
- Preheat the oven to 350 degrees F (175 degrees C). Lightly grease a small glass baking dish.
- Tear the donuts into bite-size pieces. Combine donut pieces and raisins in the prepared baking dish. In a medium bowl, use an electric mixer to blend together the eggs, evaporated milk, sugar, vanilla extract and almond extract. Mix in the cinnamon and nutmeg. Pour the milk mixture over the donuts in the dish, and press down lightly to help absorption. Let stand for 15 minutes, or cover and refrigerate overnight.
- Place the baking dish inside a larger baking dish, and fill the outer dish with enough water to go about halfway up the sides. A dishcloth may also be placed under the bread dish, to prevent drying.
- Bake for 35 to 40 minutes in the preheated oven, or until a knife inserted near the center comes out clean. Serve warm.

Steps:
- Put oil in sauce pan or deep fryer. Do not heat until almost ready to start cooking.
- Remove the biscuits and separate them. Press down on the biscuits (one at a time) to make them about 3-1/2 inches round. Using a 1-1/2 inch round donut or cookie cutter, cut 3 holes in each biscuit. (Save the scraps).
- Using a sharp knife, slice almost all the way through the donut hole (but not all the way!). Put about 1/4 teaspoon of filling in the inside center. Pinch edges together all the way around to seal.
- Heat the oil. When it is hot, fry all of the scraps of dough. Remove them from hot oil to paper towel lined dish. While still warm: Coat them in powdered sugar or cinnamon sugar.
- Fry 3 or 4 donut holes at a time, browning them on all sides. Remove to paper towel lined dish to drain off oil. Coat with powdered sugar or cinnamon sugar.
- *** I like to put the sugars into zipper bags, then do 4 donut holes at a time by gently shaking the bag. *** You can do this recipe with full size biscuits as well, just cut through the large one the same way, and put 1 teaspoon to 1-1/2 teaspoons of filling before sealing the edges. Fry. Drain. Then coat one donut at a time in the sugars.

Steps:
- Fill a medium Dutch oven with 3 inches of oil and heat to 350 degrees F.
- Pop open the can of biscuits, cut each biscuit into 4 pieces, roll each into a ball and then press flat like a small saucer.
- Gently drop half of the dough pieces into the hot oil and fry, flipping them as they cook so all sides brown evenly, until puffed and dark golden brown, 2 to 3 minutes. Remove with a slotted spoon and cool on a sheet pan lined with a wire rack. Repeat with the remaining dough.
- Place the raspberries in the bowl of a mini food processor or mash by hand until smooth. Fold the mixture into the whipped topping and transfer it to piping bags or squeeze bottles. Add 1 teaspoon of hot water to the jar of fudge. Stir until loosened and slightly warm, adding more water if necessary, then transfer the fudge sauce to piping bags or squeeze bottles
- Use a chopstick to poke a hole in one side of each doughnut to make a little space inside. Gently pipe the filling inside each doughnut until you feel it expand a little in your fingers, then stop and place on a cooling rack filled-side up. Sprinkle with confectioners' sugar. Serve immediately or at room temperature.
