Who would've thought you could make your favorite dessert into a smoothie. This recipe is great! Lots of protein in this! Just a note, I have altered the recipe since the last review, so it is slightly different, and very tasty ;) (If your wondering how to measure overripe frozen banana, freeze the banana in pieces... your blender will thank you and the pieces are easy to measure!)

2 tablespoons fat free cream cheese
1/4 cup overripe frozen bananas (Heaping 1/4 cup) or 1/4 cup frozen blueberries (Heaping 1/4 cup)
3 tablespoons nonfat milk
3 tablespoons nonfat plain yogurt
1 teaspoon vanilla
2 teaspoons honey
2 teaspoons graham cracker crumbs
1/2 teaspoon ground flax seeds
additional diced fat free cream cheese (optional)

Steps:

  • Blend all ingredients except the diced cream cheese.
  • Pour smoothie into drinking cup, and add the diced cream cheese as garnish (if you dont mind your drink chunky).
  • ENJOY!

1 1/2 cups cauliflower, grated
1 cup mozzarella cheese, shredded
1 egg
1/2 teaspoon oregano
1/2 teaspoon garlic, minced

Steps:

  • Microwave cauliflower crumbles 2-4 minutes and allow to cool (I believe this makes it easier to mix -- however, not precooking the cauliflower seems to make a less moist crust, which some may prefer). Add remaining ingredients and mix well.
  • Form the crust into a 9-12" round on a pizza pan coated with cooking spray (optionally you could use parchment paper).
  • Lightly spray top of crust and bake @ 450 for 15 minutes, or until golden.
  • Add sauce and toppings and cook an additional 3 minutes or until cheese is melted and toppings are warmed through.

1/2 teaspoon vanilla extract
4 teaspoons stevia
2 tablespoons unsweetened cocoa powder

Steps:

  • Whip creamy chilled coconut milk with a hand mixer (discard the leftover clear liquid a the bottom of the coconut milk can).
  • Add the rest of the ingredients and mix until well blended.
  • Eat right away or chill in the fridge to make it a little thicker!

1 graham crackers or 1 digestive biscuit

  • Put all the above ingredients in the blender and process until smooth.

3 ounces Philadelphia Cream Cheese, softened
1 tablespoon egg, beaten
1 1/2 tablespoons unsweetened cocoa
3 tablespoons granulated sugar
1 1/2 cups skim milk
2 ice cubes

Steps:

  • Cut cream cheese into small pieces and place into cup of Magic Bullet blender or similar blender.
  • Microwave, uncovered, for 10-15 seconds until cream cheese is softened to a blending consistency.
  • Beat one egg in a small bowl. Measure out one tablespoon of beaten egg mixture and add to blender cup.
  • Add remaining ingredients.
  • Blend for 30 seconds until frothy.
  • Pour into serving glass and enjoy!

3 tablespoons margarine or 3 tablespoons butter
1/2-1 cup asparagus, trimmed and sliced diagonally into 1-inch pieces or 1/2-1 cup vegetables, of your choice
1/2 cup chopped onion
1/4 cup grated parmesan cheese
1/2 teaspoon chopped thyme leaves, fresh crushed or 1/8 teaspoon dried thyme leaves, crushed
1/4 teaspoon ground black pepper
6 large eggs, slightly beaten with 1/4 cup water
1/2 cup shredded swiss cheese

Steps:

  • Preheat oven to 400°F.
