1 env. KNOX Unflavored Gelatine
1/2 cup sugar
1 cup boiling water
2 pkg. (8 oz. each) PHILADELPHIA Cream Cheese, softened
1 tsp. vanilla
1 ready-to-use graham cracker crumb crust (6 oz.)

Steps:

Mix gelatine and sugar in small bowl. Add boiling water; stir 5 minutes or until gelatine is completely dissolved.
Beat cream cheese and vanilla in large bowl with electric mixer on medium speed until creamy. Gradually add gelatine mixture, beating until well blended after each addition. Refrigerate 45 minutes or until thickened, stirring every 15 minutes. Pour into pie crust.
Refrigerate 3 hours or until firm.

1 pkg. (6 oz.) or 2 pkg. (3 oz. each) JELL-O Lime Flavor Gelatin
2 cups boiling water
1 pkg. (8 oz.) PHILADELPHIA Cream Cheese, softened
1 can (8 oz.) crushed pineapple in juice, undrained
1 cup pineapple juice
1/2 cup cold water
1 tub (8 oz.) COOL WHIP Extra Creamy Whipped Topping, thawed
assorted fresh or frozen fruit

Steps:

Dissolve JELL-O in 2 cups boiling water. Whisk in softened cream cheese until thoroughly blended. Then add crushed pineapple, pineapple juice and 1/2 cup cold water. Pour into 6-cup mold and refrigerate until set.
Turn out mold onto serving plate. Spoon COOL WHIP into center of mold.
Arrange your choice of fresh or frozen fruit on top as desired. (I'm not entirely happy about the color of the kiwi in combination with the color of the JELL-O, but since it tastes great, I live with it. Ha!)
Serve immediately, and be sure to add a big spoonful of the fruit and COOL WHIP to your JELL-O for a cool, creamy and refreshing fruit dessert!

30 vanilla wafers, finely crushed (about 1 cup)
3 Tbsp. butter or margarine, melted
1/2 tsp. ground cinnamon
1 env. KNOX Unflavored Gelatine
1 can (8 oz.) crushed pineapple in juice, drained with juice reserved, divided
3 pkg. (8 oz. each) PHILADELPHIA Cream Cheese, softened
3/4 cup sugar
1 tub (8 oz.) COOL WHIP Whipped Topping, thawed

Steps:

Mix wafer crumbs, butter and cinnamon; press onto bottom of 9-inch springform pan.
Sprinkle gelatine over reserved pineapple juice in small saucepan; let stand 1 min. Cook on low heat 3 min. or until gelatine is completely dissolved, stirring occasionally. Beat cream cheese and sugar in large bowl with mixer until blended. Gradually beat in gelatine mixture until blended. Refrigerate 30 min. or until slightly thickened.
Whisk pineapple and COOL WHIP into cream cheese mixture; pour over crust. Refrigerate 5 hours.

3 ounces lime jello
2 cups water
3 ounces lemon jello
1 cups water
6 ounces cream cheese
8 ounces pineapple
0.5 cups pecans
1 cups celery
0.5 pints whipping cream

Steps:

Mix together lime Jell-O and 2 cups hot water, pour into long 13x9" glass dish and chill until completely set.
Dissolve together in blender, lemon Jell-O, 1 cup boiling water and cream cheese until cream cheese is creamy.
Pour into mixing bowl and rest of ingredients mix throughly. Then pour onto lime Jell-O. Chill until set firm. Cut into squares to serve.

Pour jello into a large bowl (helps with splatters while mixing). Add 2 cups of boiling water and stir to dissolve.
Add 8 ounce softened and chopped cream cheese to dissolved, hot jello. Let stand for 5 minutes for cream cheese to soften. Use hand mixer (or blender) on LOW speed to thoroughly combine. (TIP: A blender or immersion blender makes the least amount of mess and blends in the cream cheese best. If you don't have a blender, place the mixing bowl in the sink and beat it in there with a hand mixer. You will have yourself a kitchen counter clean up!) Mix until smooth and large lumps are no longer visible. (This will take a couple minutes to mix and some very small lumps may remain).
Add 1/2 cup cold water. Stir and pour into individual cups or serving bowl. Refrigerate until set, about 6 hours or overnight. Top with whip cream or fresh fruit before serving.
