If you can't find the real orange flower water used in many middle eastern and indian dessert, make your own. I haven't tried this yet, just though I'd post the recipe to anyone who needs it.

1 large orange, zest of, grated
1 cup sweet white wine

Steps:

Soak grated zest (be careful not to grate the bitter white pith) for 24 hours in the wine.
Strain before using.
