GLUTEN-FREE NUT AND SEED BREAD
Posted in response to request in forum. This recipe is from Cuisinart and is designed for a gluten-free cycle in this machine. The cycle is 2 hrs. 39 minutes long.

Steps:
- Add the milk, butter, molasses,eggs and cider vinegar to the bread pan.
- Mix together all dry ingredients except yeast in a large bowl to incorporate and add to bread pan.
- Add yeast to bread pan.
- Choose gluten-free cycle or cycle in your machine that most closely matches time shown above. While the dough is kneading, scrape down the sides of the bread pan to fully incorporate all ingredients.
- When cycle is completed, remove bread and allow to cool fully before slicing.

BIRD SEED BREAD (ABM)
How funny to find this recipe! I love whole grain breads, and my son has always called "my" bread bird seed bread! Recipe comes from Stonyfield.

Steps:
- Start at the top (recommended) or the bottom of the list, and put all the ingredients into the bread machine. Just make sure the salt and wet stuff stays away from the yeast until it mixes. If you like the old fashioned way, that will work too - just use your usual process.
- For rolls, use the dough cycle. When that cycle is done, dump it out on a floured surface and cut everything into even quarters, twice. Put the wads, evenly spaced, on a lightly oiled cookie sheet. Let them rise once more in a warm area covered with waxed paper for a half hour or a little longer until they have roughly doubled in size, depending on how knocked down they got while cutting. Cook in an oven, preheated to 375 degrees, for 20 minutes or until they are nicely browned top and bottom. Brush with melted butter if desired.

HEARTY NUT BREAD (ABM)
I found this to be a light wheat bread, not sweet and not "yeasty". Very basic wheat bread. I have made it with walnuts and with pecans. . .both are good. See what you think! Recipe from the cookbook that came with my bread machine and I am supposed to put my ingredients in wet to dry. . . check your bread machine to make sure this is the order you are also supposed to follow (many do dry to wet). Recipe makes a 1 lb loaf
