Quick and easy to make. A family favorite. The ketchup and brown sugar give these loaves a tangy flavor.

Steps:
- Preheat oven to 350 degrees F (175 degrees C).
- In a large bowl, combine the egg, milk, cheese, oats and salt. Add the ground beef, mixing well, and form this mixture into eight miniature meatloaves. Place these in a lightly greased 9x13 inch baking dish.
- In a separate small bowl, combine the ketchup, brown sugar and mustard. Stir thoroughly and spread over each meatloaf.
- Bake, uncovered, at 350 degrees F (175 degrees C) for 45 minutes.

Steps:
- Mix all ingredients together.
- Form into a loaf and place in a foil-lined bread pan. (There usually is about 2 inches of space on both ends between the meatloaf and the pan).
- Making sure the top is flat to insure even cooking.
- You can top it with extra ketchup, if desired.
- Bake at 425°F for 45 minutes.
CHEESY MINI-MEATLOAVES
This is a nice twist on the normal meatloaf recipes.. 8 mini meatloaves with a yummy sauce!! I have made this several times and recently added fresh mushrooms to meat mixture before shaping into loaves and it was fantastic... endless possibilities!

Steps:
- Preheat oven to 350 degrees.
- Beat egg and milk together.
- Add cheese, oats, onion, salt, & pepper to milk/egg mixture.
- Mix in ground beef with your hands until all ingredients are incorporated well.
- Shape into 8 loaves and place into a greased 9x13 pan.
- Mix all sauce ingredients together and spoon over loaves.
- You may want to make extra sauce for after its done cooking!
- Place in 350 degree oven, uncovered, for 45 minutes.

- Preheat oven to 375°F.
- Combine onion, bread crumbs, bell pepper, dry milk, water, 2 tablespoon ketchup, 4 tablespoons BBQ sauce, eggs, parsley, garlic salt and black pepper in large bowl. Add ground beef; mix lightly but thoroughly.
- Place meat mixture into mini loaf pans. Flatten the top, & cover with remaining ketchup & BBQ sauce mixture.
- Bake for 55 to 60 minutes or until no longer pink in center. Let stand for 10 to 15 minutes before serving.
