This balsamic Oil free Salad Dressing is so easy to make and ready in less than 2 minutes! It's tangy with a hint of sweetness and absolutely delicious. Whole foods plant-based, nut-free, oil-free, and gluten-free.

1/4 cup + 2 Tbsp balsamic vinegar
3 Tbsp Dijon mustard
2 Tbsp maple syrup
1 tsp nutritional yeast
1/2 tsp. dried oregano
1/2 tsp. dried basil

Steps:

  • Add all ingredients to a jar with an airtight lid and shake until everything is well combined. If you don't have jar, add the ingredients to a small mixing bowl and whisk.

2 tablespoons water
2 cloves garlic, pressed
1 teaspoon Dijon mustard
1 teaspoon brown sugar

Steps:

  • Blend olive oil, balsamic vinegar, mayonnaise, water, garlic, Dijon mustard, and brown sugar together in a blender or in a cup using an immersion blender until smooth. Season with salt and black pepper.

1/4 cup balsamic vinegar
1 tablespoon honey
2 teaspoons Dijon mustard
1 clove garlic, minced
1/2 teaspoon salt
1/4 teaspoon pepper
1/3 cup extra virgin olive oil

Steps:

  • Whisk together broth, balsamic vinegar, honey, Dijon mustard, garlic, salt, and pepper until well combined.
  • Slowly pour in olive oil, whisking continuously until dressing is completely emulsified
  • Taste and season with salt and pepper. Pour into jar, seal and store in refrigerator. Serve over salad, grilled vegetables or meat . Shake well before serving
