Steps:
- In a microwave-safe dish, add potatoes and toss with butter to coat.
- Sprinkle with Parmesan cheese, seasoned salt and pepper and toss.
- Cover and microwave on high for 6-8 minutes or until tender, turning once.
- Let stand for 5 minutes.
- Sprinkle with parsley.
MICROWAVE PARMESAN POTATOES
These are quick and easy to make. I hope you enjoy them as they have an excellent flavor. One of my favorites. Got the recipe out of a microwave cook book.

Steps:
- 1. Melt margarine in shallow 9" microwave dish. Add potatoes, onion and garlic. Toss. Cover loosely with seran and place in microwave on full power for 5 minutes.
- 2. Stir in green pepper, salt and pepper: Toss, cover with loose ceran and microwave on full power 3 minutes.
- 3. Gently mix in cheese. Toss gently and dust with paprika. Microwave on full power, uncovered, 3 minutes. Let rest 2 minutes. Sprinkle with parsley.
MICROWAVE POTATO

- Poke the potato 4 to 5 times on each side with a fork. Wet a clean sheet of paper towel with water and wring out any excess moisture. Wrap the damp paper towel around the potato and place on a microwave-safe plate. Microwave on high for 5 minutes. Remove the paper towel and flip the potato over.
- Drizzle the potato with olive oil and sprinkle with salt and pepper. Microwave on high, uncovered, 3 minutes more (see Cook's Note). Use a fork to test for doneness. If the potato is not done, cook in 1-minute intervals until the fork can easily pierce the flesh. Serve with the butter and more salt and pepper.
OVEN ROASTED PARMESAN POTATOES
I have tried a lot of good roasted potato recipes, but I keep coming back to this one. I've never found one I like better! These are crispy on the outside, and soft and creamy on the inside.

- Preheat oven to 400 degrees F (200 degrees C). Spray a 9x13-inch baking pan or cast iron skillet with cooking spray; pour in about 1 teaspoon vegetable oil to coat the bottom.
- Mix Parmesan cheese, salt, garlic powder, paprika, and black pepper together in a bowl.
- Blot the cut-side of potatoes with a paper towel to remove any moisture. Place potatoes in a bowl and drizzle with 1 tablespoon vegetable oil; toss until potatoes are lightly coated. Sprinkle potatoes with Parmesan cheese mixture; toss to coat. Arrange potatoes, cut-side down, onto the prepared baking pan.
- Bake in the preheated oven for 15 to 20 minutes. Turn potatoes to cut-side up; continue baking until golden and crispy, about 15 to 20 more minutes. Serve with sour cream.

- Scrub and pierce potatoes; place on a microwave-safe plate. Microwave, uncovered, on high for 10-12 minutes or until tender, turning once., When cool enough to handle, cut potatoes in half lengthwise. Scoop out pulp, leaving a thin shell. - Partially cook the Little potatoes in a microwave-safe container with a lid and a tablespoon of salted water for approximately 3 to 5 minutes. Drain and allow to cool.
- Once cooled, cut in half. Place into a clean stainless-steel bowl and drizzle with the melted butter. Sprinkle on the Parmesan. Toss until all the potatoes are covered with butter and Parmesan.
