1/2 cup ketchup
1 1/2 tablespoons fresh lemon juice
1 tablespoon Worcestershire sauce
1-2 tablespoons prepared horseradish
1 clove garlic (minced)
3-4 dashes hot sauce (optional)

Steps:

  • Mix the catsup, lemon juice, Worcestershire sauce, and garlic in a small bowl.
  • Add 1 tablespoon of horseradish. Taste and add more if desired. Then stir in a few dashes of hot sauce if you like your cocktail sauce with extra kick.

1 c miracle whip or blue plate mayo (i like m.w.)
2 Tbsp sweet pickle relish, coarsely chopped
1 Tbsp minced fresh onion
2 tsp hot sauce (tobasco)
1/4 tsp cajun seasoning
1/4 tsp oregano, dried
1/2 tsp lemon juice (optional)

Steps:

  • 1. Combine all or your ingredients. Store in a mason jar or sealed plastic container and keep in the refrigerator.
  • 2. Optional Ingredients: Dill relish instead of sweet Dill weed Minced green onion Use your imagination to make it your own.

2 teaspoons finely minced red onion
1/2 teaspoon Worcestershire sauce
Kosher salt and freshly ground black pepper

Steps:

  • In a medium bowl, whisk together the ketchup, chile sauce, the prepared horseradish, the fresh horseradish, lemon juice, onion, and Worcestershire. Season with salt and pepper.
