Sticky gooey keto maple syrup you can make at home! This syrup tastes like maple with hints of vanilla and burnt sugar, it's amazing on chaffles!

Number Of Ingredients 6

2 cups of granular allulose
3/4 cup water
1 tbs unsalted butter
pinch of salt
1/2 tsp vanilla
1 tsp maple extract

Steps:

  • Add the allulose, salt, and water to a heavy bottom pot. Whisk until well combined.
  • Place the pot on a burner set to medium heat and boil until the syrup thickens, turns a nice light caramel color, and can coat the back of a spoon.
  • Add the butter, vanilla, and maple flavoring and whisk until the butter is melted and combined into the syrup.
  • Carefully pour the syrup into a serving dish and cool to room temperature before serving.

Low Carb Keto Pancake Syrup made with just a few ingredients. Need syrup to put on your low carb pancakes? This keto maple syrup is exactly what you need and can be made in just 10 minutes.

1 cup water
1 cup powdered monkfruit ((see notes above for sweetener options))
3 Tablespoons butter
1/2 Tablespoon maple extract
1/4 - 1/2 teaspoon xanthan gum ((optional))

Steps:

  • In a small saucepan over medium heat whisk together water, powdered sweetener, butter and maple extract.Bring syrup to rolling boil. Boil for 4-6 minutes, whisking frequently.
  • If the syrup is not as thick as you would like you can add a tiny bit of xanthan gum slowly into your syrup.

Make these keto pancakes with almond flour instead of regular wheat flour, or blitz ground almonds until fine if you can't get hold of it

4 eggs
75ml almond milk
1 tsp stevia
1 tsp baking powder
pinch of ground cinnamon
175g almond flour
½ tsp vanilla extract

Steps:

  • Whisk the eggs and almond milk together in a bowl. Add the stevia, baking powder, cinnamon, almond flour and vanilla, then stir to combine.
  • Heat a non-stick frying pan over a medium-low heat. Pour in a couple of tablespoons of the batter and cook until the edges are set, around 2-3 mins. Flip and cook for a further 2 mins until golden. Repeat with the remaining batter, then serve in stacks with your favourite toppings - we topped ours with fried streaky bacon, Keto-friendly maple syrup and just a few blueberries.
