KAHLUA MUDSLIDE BROWNIES
Steps:
- Sift flour with baking powder and salt. In small saucepan, combine butter and chocolate (chopped up). Set over low heat, just until chocolate is melted. Set aside.
- In bowl, beat eggs with sugar until light. Beat in dry ingredients, chocolate mixture, Kahlua, Irish cream liqueur and vodka. Fold in nuts.
- Pour into 13x9-inch pan and bake at 350°F about 25 min. Cool in pan. Spread with Kahlua Glaze. Cut into squares and serve.

- Follow the directions on the brownie package mixing the way that they want you to with the oil and eggs-EXCEPT- DO NOT MIX IN WATER!
- Replace water with Kahlua.
- Bake at 350 for 30 minutes or however your package instructs you to.
KAHLUA® BROWNIES
This is a really inexpensive (under $2!) and easy brownie to make. I had to come up with a last-minute dessert so I took a brownie mix I had in the cupboard and decided to dress it up a bit. This was the result, which was a hit.

Steps:
- Preheat oven to 325 degrees F (165 degrees C). Grease an 8-inch square pan.
- Combine brownie mix, egg, vegetable oil, coffee-flavored liqueur, instant coffee, and water in a large bowl; mix with a wooden spoon until batter is evenly moistened.
- Pour batter into the prepared pan.
- Bake in the preheated oven until edges are set and a toothpick inserted in the center comes out with a few moist crumbs attached, about 20 minutes. Let cool for 20 to 30 minutes before cutting.
