Homemade Kahlua Using Everclear Omg Recipes

HOMEMADE KAHLUA (USING EVERCLEAR - OMG!)

Steps:

• Brew a pot of coffee - as strong as you can make.
• Add 3 cups of sugar to coffee & stir to dissolve.
• Once cooled, add pint of Everclear to coffee/sugar mix .
• Store in 1/2 gallon glass container for at least 10 days. I plan to split between 2 - 1 quart Mason jars, dividing the vanilla bean between between the two jars.

HOMEMADE KILLER KAHLUA

Steps:

• brew 24 cups of strong coffee.
• pour coffee into a large stock pot and bring to a boil.
• add brown sugar and stir constantly for 5 minutes.
• remove stock pot from heat and cool.
• once cool stir in 1.75 L everclear.
• use a funnel and pour into bottles.

KAHLUA® HOMEMADE

Steps:

• Combine water and instant coffee in a pot; bring to a boil. Stir light brown sugar and dark brown sugar into coffee, reduce heat, and simmer, stirring every 15 minutes, for 3 hours. Remove from heat and cool completely.
• Pour coffee mixture into a clean, large glass jar. Add grain alcohol, vanilla extract, and vanilla bean; cover with a tight-fitting lid. Let sit in a dark place, shaking occasionally, for 1 month. Divide into bottles, leaving a piece of vanilla bean in each.
