Steps:
- Drain tuna. Soften cream cheese. Combine tuna, cream cheese, lemon juice, onion, horseradish, salt and liquid smoke.
- Mix well;chill for several hours.
- Shape tuna mixture into ball;roll in nuts and parsley.
- Serve with assorted crackers.
