CREAMY BEEF AND MUSHROOM CASSEROLE
This Creamy Beef and Mushroom Casserole is filled with hearty ground beef, tender mushrooms and rice nestled in a creamy sauce. It is hearty, delicious, and EASY to make for a hearty dinner.

Steps:
- In a large skillet, brown the beef over medium high heat with the onion and mushroom until the beef is no longer pink and the onions are translucent.
- Drain any fat, then transfer the beef mixture to a large casserole dish (9x13) mix in the mushroom soup, sour cream, rice, and beef broth. Combine well, and spread evenly in the dish.
- Spread cracker crumbs over the top of the casserole and drizzle with butter.
- Bake at 350˚F for 30-40 minutes, uncovered, or until the rice is tender.

DUMP-AND-BAKE GROUND BEEF CASSEROLE WITH RICE
Let the oven do the work, and just stir together the raw ingredients for this Dump-and-Bake Ground Beef Casserole with Rice -- an easy and healthy dinner!

- Preheat oven to 375 degrees. Spray a large baking dish (about 9 x 13 inches) with cooking spray.
- In the prepared dish (or in a large bowl), use your fingers to crumble uncooked ground beef into small pieces. Add tomatoes, tomato soup, beef broth, uncooked rice, Worcestershire sauce, garlic, Italian seasoning, onion powder, salt and pepper. Stir to combine.
- Cover tightly with foil. Bake for 60-75 minutes (or until the rice is tender). During the final 5 minutes of cooking, remove dish from oven, uncover, and sprinkle with mozzarella and Parmesan. Place back in the oven (uncovered) for the final 5 minutes, or until cheese is melted. Garnish with fresh herbs, if desired.

- In a large saucepan over medium heat, saute the ground beef for 5 minutes, or until browned. Drain the excess fat and add the tomatoes with liquid, potatoes, carrots, onion, salt, rice, black pepper and water. Bring to a boil and reduce heat to low. Simmer for 1 hour and serve.

My grandma used to make this and it was always a hit. She uses American cheese, but I make it with mozzarella. Very easy and yummy!

- Crumble the ground beef into a skillet over medium-high heat. Cook and stir until evenly browned. Drain off grease, and stir in the cream of mushroom soup, tomatoes, and uncooked rice. Cover, and simmer over low heat, stirring occasionally, until rice is cooked, about 15 minutes.
- Preheat the oven's broiler. When the rice is done cooking, transfer the contents of the skillet to a casserole dish. Cover with a layer of cheese.
- Broil until the cheese is melted and toasty. Season with salt and pepper to taste, and enjoy!

- 1. In a skillet add hamburger,onion,add some of the salt & pepper to taste cook till there's no pink,then drain grease off set aside.
- 2. While the meat is cooking, in a stir cook your 2 cups of brown or white rice. ( I buy the rice that's in a cooking bag comes 4bags to a box) I use 2 of the bags all you have to do is boil it for 10 min. drain the water then cut open the 2 rice bags and pour in the same stir. Add meat,cream of mushroom soup and remaining salt & pepper to the rice.
- 3. once all is mixed add your shredded cheddar cheese cover and let the cheese melt while you fix some side vegetables. Enjoy !
