HAM AND PINEAPPLE HAWAIIAN SLIDERS
Hawaiian ham, pineapple and mozzarella cheese sliders recipe that is easy to make with King's Hawaiian rolls brushed with a melted butter and mustard glaze.

Steps:
- Preheat oven to 325F.
- Keeping the 12 dinner rolls together, cut them lengthwise. Place bottom half in a greased 13x9 inch baking pan.
- Lay summer ham slices evenly across the bottom half of the dinner rolls. Continue evenly spread the pineapple tidbits and grated cheese on top of the ham. Place the top half of the dinner rolls on top.
- Whisk together the melted butter, mustard, brown sugar and garlic powder. Brush this butter mixture on the top of the dinner rolls.
- Cover the baking pan with foil and bake for 15 minutes.
- Remove foil and bake of another 10-15 minutes. The buns should be starting to brown and the cheese melted and bubbling on the sides.
- Cut into sliders and serve warm.

Steps:
- In 1-quart saucepan, combine all sauce ingredients. Heat to boiling; reduce heat to medium. Cook and stir about 2 minutes or until mixture is slightly thickened. Remove from heat; cool to room temperature.
- Heat oven to 300F. Place Canadian bacon slices on 15x 10-inch baking sheet. Place in oven until hot and ready to serve.
- In medium bowl, stir together Bisquick, milk and eggs. Spoon about 2 tablespoons batter for each pancake onto hot griddle. Cook until edges are dry; turn. Cook until golden brown.
- To make sliders; place one slice Canadian bacon on each of 10 pancakes; top with pineapple sauce and additional pancake.

- Step 1 Preheat oven to 350 degrees F. Step 2 Spray a 9 x 13 baking dish with cooking spray. Step 3 Cut each sheet of Martin's Dinner Potato Rolls in half, horizontally (keeping the top and bottom halves separately in tact). Step 4 Place the bottom halves of the dinner rolls side by side in the dish. Step 5 Layer the ham, pineapple, and cheese on top of the rolls. Step 6 Top with the top halves of the dinner rolls. Step 7 In a small saucepan, melt the butter over medium heat. Add shallot and cook for 1 minute. Remove from heat and whisk in mustard, brown sugar, Worcestershire, and salt. Step 8 Brush topping over the tops of the sliders. Step 9 Bake for 10 minutes, or until cheese is melted and tops of rolls are golden brown.

- Whisk the orange juice, vinegar, brown sugar and 2 tablespoons water in a medium saucepan over medium-high heat until the sugar dissolves, about 2 minutes.
