SCALLOPED PINEAPPLE CASSEROLE
This recipe was given to me from a friend of mine. The ingredients may sound a little different, but it is really good and easy to make. We make this for holiday dinners such as Easter, Thanksgiving and Christmas. We don't like pineapple on the ham, but love this as the side dish to go with our ham.

SCALLOPED PINEAPPLE
I couldn't believe it when I saw your request Billie. This is a recipe my mom used to make many years ago. She usually served it with ham or roasted chicken. It was great. Hope this is what you were looking for.

CRISPY SCALLOPED PINEAPPLE
This is a good dish to serve as a side, a salad, or a dessert. Serve it hot or cold. My grandmother used to make a dish similar to this, so I thought it must be a southern thing.
