GRILLED LEMON-DILL SHRIMP
This grilled shrimp is one of my go-to recipes when I stare at the freezer and draw a blank. Add veggies if desired, but grill them separately. -Jane Whittaker, Pensacola, Florida

GRILLED SHRIMP WITH SPICY VEG NOODLES
The sweet-salty-sour dressing in this fresh salad does double duty. Inspired by the combination of fish sauce, lime juice and garlic in the Vietnamese dipping sauce nuoc cham, it's whisked with rice vinegar and vegetable oil. The result works both as a marinade for shrimp and a tenderizing dressing for the zucchini and carrot noodles.

- Heat a cast-iron grill pan over medium-high heat. Grill the shrimp until they are pink and opaque, 2 to 3 minutes per side. Remove from heat and set aside. Serve immediately.
GRILLED DILL SHRIMP WITH A SPICY KICK!!
Steps:
- In a large glass bowl combine the Shrimp, Kosher Salt, Red Pepper Flakes, Garlic and Dill. Mix ingredients with large spoon but be careful as the tails easily rip from the flesh (I just like the presentation better with the tails, but it doesn't matter for taste purpose). When all shrimp are well coated with ingredients drizzle olive oil over shrimp and mix again until fully coated. Heat a gas grill to medium high for 10-12 minutes. Grill should be about 425-450. I always spray the grill with Canola non-stick spray right before putting the shrimp on the grill. Lay the shrimp on the grill, cover and cook for 3:00 minutes and then turn. Close the lid again and let cook for another 3:00. Take them off immeidately and put into a bowl. Coat shrimp with Old Bay Seasoning depending on your taste. I like them nice and spicy so I load up on the old bay. Give them a quick mix and plate.
