ULTIMATE TURTLE COOKIE BARS

Steps:
- Heat oven to 350°F. In medium bowl, stir together cookie mix, butter, egg and 1/2 cup chopped pecans until soft dough forms. Press evenly in ungreased 8-inch square pan. Bake 28 to 33 minutes or until golden brown.
- Meanwhile, in 1-quart saucepan, heat caramels and milk over low heat, stirring frequently, until melted and smooth. Remove from heat.
- Carefully spread melted caramels evenly over warm bars; sprinkle with pecan halves. Cool completely on cooling rack, about 1 hour.
- In small microwavable bowl, microwave chocolate chips and shortening uncovered on High 30 to 60 seconds, stirring every 15 seconds, until melted and smooth. Drizzle over bars. Let stand about 30 minutes or until chocolate is set. For bars, cut into 4 rows by 4 rows.

Steps:
- Heat oven to 350°F. Make cookie mix as directed on box, using butter, vanilla and egg. Stir in 1 cup pecans. In ungreased 13x9-inch pan, press dough evenly. Bake 18 to 20 minutes or until light golden brown. Cool about 30 minutes.
- In medium microwavable bowl, microwave caramels and 1/3 cup whipping cream uncovered on High 2 to 4 minutes, stirring twice, until caramels are melted. Stir in 1/3 cup pecans. Spread over cooled based. Refrigerate 15 minutes.
- In another medium microwavable bowl, microwave chocolate chips and 1/3 cup whipping cream uncovered on High 1 to 2 minutes, stirring every 30 seconds, until chocolate is smooth. Pour over filling. Sprinkle with 1/4 cup pecans. Refrigerate 2 hours or until set.
- To serve, let stand at room temperature 10 minutes before cutting. Cut into 8 rows by 6 rows. Store covered in refrigerator.

- Preheat the oven to 350°F. Line an 8x8 baking dish with foil and coat completely with nonstick spray.
- Spread the pecans on a baking sheet and bake for 5 minutes on 350 degrees.
- Prepare the Immaculate™ Cookie Mix according to the directions on the box. Press half of the cookie dough evenly into the baking dish.
- Add the caramels and heavy cream in a microwaveable safe container. Microwave in 30 second increments until the caramel is completely melted and creamy. Pour caramels over the cookie dough. Sprinkle the toasted pecans on top of the caramel. Drop remaining cookie dough over the caramel by the tablespoon.
- Bake bars in the oven for 30-35 minutes, until they are golden and the center is just set. Sprinkle sea salt over the top and allow bars to cool. Remove bars from the pan with the foil and cut and serve.

- Heat oven to 350°F (325°F for dark or nonstick pan). Grease bottom of (8- or 9-inch) square pan. In medium bowl, stir together brownie mix, butter and eggs until blended. Spread 2/3 of batter in pan. Bake 10 minutes.
- Meanwhile, in medium microwavable bowl, microwave caramels and whipping cream uncovered on High 1 to 2 minutes, stirring every 30 seconds, until smooth. Drizzle caramel evenly over partially baked brownie. Sprinkle with half the chocolate chips and half the pecans. Drop remaining brownie batter by small spoonfuls onto caramel layer.
