This is the easiest way to make coffee. Cold brew coffee is known for being a smoother and less acidic cup of coffee compared to regular hot brewed coffee. This recipe make a nice batch of coffee to have on hand in the refrigerator.

Yield 4 servings, 1-1/2 cups each

Number Of Ingredients 2

4-1/2 cups water
2-1/2 cups GEVALIA House Blend

Steps:

  • Add water to coffee grounds in 2-qt. pitcher; stir well. Cover with plastic wrap.
  • Let stand at room temperature 12 hours.
  • Line fine-mesh strainer with coffee filter; place over medium bowl. Slowly pour coffee, in small batches, through filter; let stand until all the coffee is strained. Discard filter and grounds.
  • Pour strained coffee back into pitcher.
  • Refrigerate up to 1 week.
  • FOR EACH SERVING:
  • Pour 3/4 cup cold brew coffee into tall glass. Add 3/4 cup water; stir. Add ice cubes.

  • Pour vanilla syrup into the bottom of a glass. Add ice cubes and pour in milk.
  • Slowly pour in cold brew concentrate. Drizzle with caramel sauce.

1/2 cup sparkling citrus beverage with pulp
ice cubes

Steps:

  • Place coffee grounds in filter in brew basket of coffee maker. Add 1 qt. (4 cups) water to coffee maker; brew. Cool. Refrigerate coffee for up to 1 week in refrigerator.
  • FOR EACH SERVING:
  • Mix 1-1/2 cups coffee and sugar in a tall glass until blended. Add citrus beverage; stir until blended. Add ice. Pour sugar syrup into tall glass. Add coffee concentrate and citrus beverage; stir until blended.

1 cup uncooked white rice
2 cups water
½ cup raw almonds
16 ounces Gevalia® Cold Brew Concentrate - House Blend
1 tablespoon blue agave nectar
1 tray ice cubes
4 cinnamon sticks

Steps:

  • Combine rice, water, and almonds in a blender. Blend mixture until well combined, about 2 minutes. Mixture will be coarse.
  • Strain mixture through a fine sieve or cheesecloth into a pitcher; discard solids. Stir in cold brew concentrate and blue agave.
  • Serve over ice. Garnish with cinnamon sticks, if desired.
