ONE POT GARLIC PARMESAN PASTA RECIPE BY TASTY
Here's what you need: unsalted butter, garlic, chicken broth, milk, fettuccine, salt, pepper, grated parmesan cheese, fresh parsley

Steps:
- Heat unsalted butter in a large skillet over medium high heat. Add garlic and cook, stirring frequently, until fragrant, about 1-2 minutes.
- Add in the chicken broth, milk, and fettuccine. Season with salt and pepper.
- Bring the pot to a boil, then reduce heat and simmer, stirring occasionally, until pasta is cooked through, about 18-20 minutes.
- Stir in Parmesan. If the mixture is too thick, add more milk as needed until desired consistency is reached.
- Serve immediately, and top with parsley.
- Enjoy!

GARLIC PARMESAN PANETINI
Around Christmas I buy about 5-7 large bags of Nonni's Garlic Parmesan Panetini Toast, which is the ultimate foundation for my Brie & Red Onion appetizers. These are seasonal so if you can't find them, which has happened to me, you can make your own. Here's my version.

Steps:
- 1. Slice baguettes diagonally about 1/4" thick.
- 2. Mix olive oil, granulated garlic and grated Parmesan in a bowl and lightly brush one side of each baguette slice. I prefer to use freshly grated Parmigiana Reggiano cheese, but I have used canned grated Parmesan in a pinch...
- 3. Put on baking sheet and bake at 350 degrees for about 10 minutes or until crisp and lightly toasted. Store in Zip-Lock bag.
- 4. These are the perfect base for my Baked Red Onion Preserves and Brie Panetini.
RED ONION PRESERVES & BRIE PANETINI
For the ultimate party appetizer spread Garlic Parmesan baguettes with Brie cheese and top with Red Onion preserves and bake until cheese melts. It not only looks impressive but the taste is sweet, savory and absolutely delicious. This has always been a huge hit at my parties!

- Spread some Brie cheese on each Panetini or seasoned Baguette slice and top with Red Onion Preserves.

Stir in sugar and over high heat, stirring constantly, bring to a full rolling boil that cannot be stirred down. (The jelly comes out a beautiful light rose shade but if you want the deep rich color of a red onion, add drops of blue and red food color until you get the desired color.) Stir in pectin. Boil hard, continuing to stir, for 1 minute. Remove from heat and quickly skim off any foam.
