1 -2 clove garlic
1 teaspoon dried basil
3 ounces green onions, chopped
8 ounces cottage cheese
4 ounces feta cheese, crumbled

Steps:

  • Chef's Note: roasting the garlic cloves intensifies the flavour a little.
  • In food processor, process garlic, basil and green onion; process until finely chopped.
  • Add cheeses; pulse until blended but still chunky.
  • Chill before serving.
  • Serve on bagels or crackers.

1/4 cup crumbled feta cheese
2 -3 cloves garlic, minced
1/2 teaspoon garlic powder
1/2 teaspoon dried oregano
1/2 teaspoon dried basil

Steps:

  • In a small mixing bowl, beat the cream cheese until smooth.
  • Add the sour cream, feta cheese, garlic and seasonings.
  • Mix well.
  • Serve with toasted bagels, bagel chips or warm bread sticks.

16 ounces cream cheese, softened (light works just as well)
2 tablespoons minced green onions (white and green parts)
2 tablespoons fresh minced dill
2 tablespoons fresh minced parsley
2 teaspoons minced garlic
2 tablespoons milk
1/2 teaspoon salt

Steps:

  • Place all ingredients and mix with an electric mixer (Kitchen Aid style works great!).
  • Blend well.
  • Place in serving bowl.
  • Serve with bagels.

  • Add cheeses; pulse until blended but still chunky.
