Peanut Butter-Banana Spirals image

These are quick and easy to make.

Number Of Ingredients 7

3 Tbsp vanilla low fat yogurt
2 Tbsp natural peanut butter
1 1/2 tsp orange juice
1 small banana, sliced
1 8 inch whole wheat flour tortillas
1 1/2 tsp honey crunch wheat germ
dash(es) ground cinnamon

Steps:

  • 1. Combine yogurt and peanut butter, stirring until smooth. Drizzle orange juice over banana slices, tossing gently to coat. Spread peanut butter mixture over tortilla, leaving a 1/2 inch border. Arrange banana slices, in a single layer, over peanut butter mixture. Sprinkle wheat germ and cinnamon over banana slices. Roll up tortilla, cut into 3 pieces.

1/2 cup reduced-fat peanut butter
1/3 cup low-fat vanilla yogurt
1 tablespoon orange juice
1 tablespoon nonfat milk
2 ripe bananas, sliced
4 (8 inch) fat-free flour tortillas
2 tablespoons honey crunch wheat germ
1/8 ground cinnamon

Steps:

  • In a bowl, combine peanut butter, and yogurt and stir until smooth.
  • In another bowl, place the bananas in a bowl, and add orange juice, and milk. Toss gently to coat.
  • Spread 3 tablespoons peanut butter mixtureover each tortilla, leaving a 1/2 inch border.
  • Arrange 1/3 cup banana slices in a single layer over the peanut butter mixture.
  • Combine wheat germand cinnamon and spread over banana slices.
  • Roll up, and slice each roll into 6 slices.
