FABULOUS FETTUCCINE

Steps:
- In a skillet, cook bacon until crisp. Remove to paper towels. Drain, reserving 1 tablespoon drippings. Add oil and onions to drippings; saute until tender, about 5 minutes. Add tomatoes and garlic; simmer, uncovered, for 5 minutes. Stir in tarragon, salt, pepper and cayenne; cover and simmer for 20 minutes, stirring occasionally. Meanwhile, cook fettuccine according to package directions. Add parsley to the tomato mixture; simmer 5 minutes longer. Stir in bacon. Drain fettuccine; top with tomato mixture. Sprinkle with Parmesan cheese.

FABULOUS FETTUCCINE ALFREDO
This recipe is yummy and comes from Rachael Ray's 30 Minute Meals cookbook, so it's relatively easy to make and packs a lot of flavor.

Steps:
- Add the oil to your pot of water and cook the noodles as directed by the package.
- In a small bowl beat together the egg yolk and cream. DO NOT WHIP!
- In a large skillet over a medium flame heat the butter.
- Add the cream mixture to the skillet and warm but DO NOT BOIL.
- Add your drained pasta to the mixture in the skillet while adding your cheese tablespoon by tablespoon.
- Toss the pasta so that noodles are evenly cooked and serve immediately.
- Bon Apetite!

Steps:
- Boil fettuccine in a large pot of salted water until cooked. (about 10-12 minutes).
- Chop bacon, fry gently in a frying pan.
- Add mushrooms and corn.
- Slice zucchini into rounds and add to pan with the cream.
- Simmer for 5 minutes.
- Add spring onions and parmesan cheese.
- Stir.
- Add cooked pasta to pan and mix well.
- Serve.
