It is important to be mindful of the water that you drink as well as the food that you eat. Organic food is more environmentally friendly and does not add any chemicals to the drinking water.
Try to purchase locally grown produce. It is also extremely environmentally friendly because it creates less transportation energy which means less gas is used for trucking.
